Pine Cone Cottage is a spacious 2,600 sq. ft property with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances and utensils for homemade evening meals, as well as the essential coffee pot (regular drip coffee pot) for guests to enjoy with complimentary coffee from a local roastery to enjoy! There is a dining room table that comfortably seats 6 guests (4 chairs and a bench) and two additional bar stools.

The upstairs family room boasts great views of the lake, as well as comfortable seating in front of a stone fireplace. Enjoy walking out to the deck and listening to the morning loons while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea!

The downstairs family room provides a spacious and comfortable experience for all ages. There are games provided that will be sure to create instant laughs and lasting memories, as well as a newly added ping pong table!

In the master bedroom, there is a full-bath as well as a king size mattress and walk-in-closet.
The other four bedrooms provide a cozy and comfortable queen size mattress and closet space in each room.

There is a beautiful and spacious laundry room located right off of the main entrance door on the first floor.

The downstairs family room provides a spacious and comfortable experience for all ages. There is a ping pong table and games provided that will be sure to create instant laughs and lasting memories.

Outside deck includes a table and chairs, grill. A fire pit also available with ample firewood provided for use!
A dock with a bench to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery and sounds of wildlife!

Perfect for moms winter weekend away!

Great location close to downtown Nisswa. Very spacious - lots of room in the main living area and basement. Owner was super responsive when an issue arose. Would definitely recommend!

Family wedding in Nisswa

Our family needed a place to stay for a family wedding happening in Nisswa. It was only 4 miles away so it was convenient to the Catalyst event space. My grandkids loved the VRBO..especially the ping pong table! Plenty of space for the entire family of 10. Would stay again!

Enjoyable time at the lake

We enjoyed the property and amenities such as the dock and kayaks. House is very well kept. We caught fish and watched a family of loons. Traffic across the bay is slightly noisy but you get used to it. Had an excellent time. We would stay again.

Very nice property

We had a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The space wasn’t quite as clean as I hoped. There was sticky stuff on the counter, crumbs on the dining table, and some leaves and pine needles on the floor. I cleaned it up and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Spot!

Already talking with friends about coming back next year. Great spot, great location, great water access (we swam and kayaked), great host. The only tiny comment is that it is close to 371 and you can hear a bit of traffic. Not a big deal, and we’d come back again, but it is there. All good!

Wonderful Family/Friendly House

The house is very nice and clean. We enjoyed the backyard fishing and fire pit. The house is nicely located in the middle of some nice cities. The air didn't work when we got there, so it was very warm, but Emily had someone out there right away to get it taken care of.

Great location with room to spread out. Only issue we had was the icy road and driveway made carrying stuff in and out difficult but it’s been an icy winter. Great communication with the owner!

Family Christmas weekend

The property was easy to find and looked just as the photos had advertised. The downstairs beds were not very comfortable but we made it work by having some people sleep on couches. Would have been nice to have extra pillows and blankets available for the beds. It was clean and the host was very responsive! Beautiful views too!

Exceed Our Expectations! It Deserves 10 Stars!

We are are a national auto racing series and rented the property for our staff supportin an event at nearby Brainerd Int'l Raceway. This property was very well appointed, the host was a delight to work with (very responsive), home was equipped with everything we needed and more and is so conveniently located on a very gorgeous and peaceful lake. We will for sure be back!
