There are 3 nearby golf courses, multiple dining spots, and hiking/snowmobiling trails. With a full kitchen and roomy indoor/outdoor spaces, it’s ideal for family fun or a relaxing getaway in Breezy Point.

Open kitchen and living room space with plenty of room for large groups. The property includes a fenced-in backyard, fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of room in the backyard for yard games! The main floor includes a King bed and TV, dressers w/private bathroom. The second upstairs room includes a Queen bed and a closet.

The basement includes a 1 king bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and one room which includes 2 twin beds. It also includes a full bathroom, laundry room, and a large living room area which has a SmartTV plus plenty of video and board games for all ages.

The entire property will be accessible. You will have access to four parking spaces on our driveway, plus two additional parking spots on the street. If you need additional parking beyond that, there is an overflow lot located nearby.
