L’Escale Couëronnaise: Between Nantes and the Sea

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the house comprises:
Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 160 cm in length.

Living room: A large, cosy living area with a TV and a dedicated workspace.

Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped chef’s kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses) opening onto the dining room.

Bathrooms: 2 modern bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a shower, both fitted with heated towel rails).

Laundry room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

For children: A travel cot and a high chair are available on site.

Outdoors: A garden fully enclosed for children’s safety, featuring a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue.

For your comfort in summer, a fan is available on site.

Bed linen is available as an optional extra at 9 euros per person.

Bathroom towels are available as an optional extra at 6 euros per person.

A deposit of 400 euros and a copy of your ID will be required via direct debit before the start of your stay.

Access to the house is completely self-service via a secure key box, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you (24 hours a day).
For parking, there is a free private car park right in front of the house with space for up to two vehicles. A locked garage is also available. If required, there is a free public car park in the immediate vicinity.

We prioritise complete independence for your convenience, thanks to our key box system. However, we remain fully available and can be contacted by text or phone throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you should you need help.

Situated in the heart of the charming village of Couëron, the house offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere whilst being within easy reach of local shops. Its location is ideal and highly convenient: just 20 minutes from Nantes-Atlantique Airport for your journeys, and perfectly situated on the other side for a quick trip to La Baule, the beaches and the magnificent Atlantic coastline.

The house is best reached and is recommended to be accessed by car (particularly for easy access to the airport or the beaches). However, local bus routes serve Couëron town centre, allowing you to easily reach the tram network and Nantes railway station.

This property is looked after by our wonderful caretaker, Anne-Sophie, and her team; we’re counting on you to treat the premises with respect.

📌 MOBILITY TENANCY STAYS (1 to 10 MONTHS)

This accommodation is available under a Mobility Tenancy (for people on a work transfer, temporary assignment, training course, work placement, apprenticeship or study programme).
