Cocoonr agency offers this charming 120 m² house in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room with fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 20 m² terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- a separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Nantes, about 9 km away
- Nearest airport: Nantes, about 20 km away
- Bus line: 500 m away
