The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming farmhouse in Saint-Alban for rent. It has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

It comprises a 50 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:
– A 50 m² living area with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bathroom with a bath and a washing machine.
– A separate toilet.

On the first floor, you will find:
– Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190).
– One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
– One bedroom with a single bed.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
– A beautiful, south-facing, unfenced shared garden of 2,000 m².
– A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The farmhouse is ideally situated in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find restaurants less than 1 km away, and within 6 km there’s a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher’s, a fishmonger’s and various shops.

Activities:
– Just 5 minutes from Pléneuf-Val and its amenities, as well as its beaches.
– Close to Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Dinard and Saint-Malo.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the carport (one vehicle) or in the private car park (three spaces).

– Nearest railway stations: Lamballe, 14 km away, and Saint-Brieuc, 28 km away.
– Nearest airport: Rennes, 102 km away.
