Les Clés des Garrigues - Maison climatisée

Just a stone’s throw from the Pont du Gard, Les Clés des Garrigues welcomes you to a cosy village house, surrounded by stone, sunshine and the gentle charm of the South. An ideal base from which to explore Uzès, Avignon, Nîmes and the garrigue landscapes.

This charming, air-conditioned house, with a floor area of 70 m², can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Linen and Wi-Fi (fibre optic) are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, hob…
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A sleeping area for a young child only
- A bathroom with a shower and bath

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, fan and iron.

Outside:
- A terrace of approximately 8 m² facing east and west, sheltered from the sun

The house is ideally located in Fournès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

You can take advantage of the tourist sites (Avignon and Arles about 20 km away, Pont du Gard, etc.).

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house, in the car park by the water tower.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
​- Nîmes railway station, about 30 minutes’ drive away
- Avignon station is about 30 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, about 130 km away
- Avignon airport is about 50 minutes away by car
A car is essential to make the most of the region.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

Other notes:
- The accommodation is only accessible via stairs.
- Pets are allowed, subject to an additional charge of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- The air conditioning is located in the living room.
