Located on St. Thomas in the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands.

Villa Sol is only minutes away from Magens Bay (one of the top beaches in the world). We are also located near many great restaurants including Old Stone Farmhouse, Brooks Bar, RooT 42, and a cute little coffee shop, Northside Grind.

Come relax by one of the largest (40x12), heated, saltwater pools on the island. There are excellent outdoor entertainment areas with a built-in grill, outdoor sink, and outdoor shower.

The main level of the home has three bedrooms (king, queen suite, and two-twins) an additional bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas. We love waking up in the morning and enjoy the wonderful island trade winds with a cup of coffee on the covered patio off the living room.

The lower level is an independent unit which includes one king suite with dual-head shower, double sink, and large walk-in closet. It also has a full kitchen, living area, and washer/dryer.

The property offers security monitored by a motion-censored Ring system and a driveway security gate for your peace of mind. We offer plenty of parking should you choose rent a vehicle while on the island. We also have solar power and a back-up generator to run the villa. No worries about those frequent power outages that occur on the island!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great with spacious rooms and a large pool and deck. An amazing water view! Only minutes from Magens Bay Beach. Beautiful area. Easy check in. The property is well managed and host is very accommodating. We highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

All the comforts of home, in paradise. We (5) stayed here over spring break 2026 (two adults, one 12 year old, and two senior citizens), and were very happy with the experience. The property is very easy to find, yet secluded at the same time. Comparing this to the other homes we’ve rented, it is on the larger side. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the covered patio, being cooled by the nice breeze and enjoying the view. By far, this house has the best pool we’ve ever experienced. It was at least 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. The pool seems to be heated and has steps at the shallow end, about 3 feet. The pool gradually dips to about 6 feet at the deep end. There is also a submerged sitting ledge about a foot under water all along the house side of the pool. We went to a different beach each day, and in mid-afternoon were usually in the pool enjoying a post-beach splash. Also, this pool is great for star-gazers: free float or float on a raft, and stare up at the stars at night. One of the benefits of St. Thomas over St. John is the number of restaurants. We tried a few and enjoyed the food, but we also enjoyed cooking at home.Power outages in the islands are frequent. This property has solar panels and a battery system so we never experienced any outages longer than a few seconds. One day, the Internet went out in our area; otherwise, the Internet was solid the duration of our stay. The stove is gas, so the power outages did not affect cooking at all.

Three day stay in St. Thomas

Our group had a wonderful time at your home. The teens enjoyed the pool and watching the local iguanas eat the mangos that had fallen from the tree. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. We appreciated having someone meet us to go over the house details. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Beautiful property and beautiful home, clean and spacious. We loved the huge patio overlooking the trees to watch the iguanas sunbath. We spent evenings by or in the wonderful pool. Kind of like having your own piece of heaven. Nice kitchen space and great living room area for all 8 of us to have family time. Owners were great in communication and provided info about the area and restaurants suggestions. And Tarcia (greeter) was a delight... super friendly and very helpful making sure we have everything for our stay.

Great family stay

Such an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family. The pool was a daily routine for us. Just a stones throw from Magens Bay and super cool AC units to cool off at the end of the day. Would recommend Amy’s house to any large family!

Great place close to Magens

We had a wonderful time at Villa Sol, the pool was a huge hit with our kiddos and the proximity to Magens Bay was what we were looking for. Tarcia was great and checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything.

This rental is the place to stay when visiting St. Thomas

From checking in to checking out the process was so smooth. The pictures on the website doesn’t do any justice for this rental. The rental is beautiful and the view is magnificent.

Merry Christmas!

First time visiting St. Thomas, what a beautiful place to celebrate the holidays. St John was stunning as well.Had a few issues upon arriving at the Villa, but property manager & Amy resolved the issues fairly quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Wonderful!

This house was the perfect place for our family of five with teen/twenty year old kids! It would also be excellent for multiple couples or families. If we go back to St Thomas (and we hope to) we will absolutely stay here again!!!

We are three couples from Minnesota who fell in love with St. Thomas. We began looking for a property that we could bring our families to and enjoy for years to come. Our dream finally became a reality when we purchased Villa Sol. We hope that you love the island and our home as much as we do.
