Sea La Vie Villa simply is an extraordinary spot to stay while on vacation. The property is very well taken care of & with functional AC throughout and generator. It has all the kitchen amenities for cooking in or warming leftovers. The island scenery from the deck is unmatched! Communications and questions to/from the property manager were always quick & we didn’t experience any problems during our stay. This is our 2nd vacation stay here and we will definitely be back to a 3rd visit. 5-stars and this villa is a home run!

Sea La Vie was an awesome house and the views were truly spectacular. There is so much natural light that you can enjoy waking up to the sun in the morning. All the amenities were great and the home was more than fully stocked with anything we needed. Our only regret was not spending more time here!

Our family of 7 adults stayed 5 nights in Sea La Vie that was pure magical!! Stunning views from a gorgeous vacation villa to include amazing sunsets!! Incredible views and atmosphere

Stayed in November with my wife and two other couples. Property was incredible with breathtaking views. Manager was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Very quiet and perfect for our group to spend the day in the pool or enjoy the amenities on the property.

Best vacation ever

The photos on the listing for this property do not do it justice. The view is absolutely stunning and something we will never forget. Communication with the property manager was good and he brought us whatever we needed and gave us recommendations for things on the island. We would love to come back to Sie La Vie!

Great place to stay, nice and quiet......almost always

The place is in an awesome location with great views. Had some minor issues, including one of the bungalows leaking when it rains, exterior speakers not working, very spotty Wi-Fi and getting broken glass lodged in my foot that was never cleaned up prior to our arrival. Other than the issues, we had a great time and the property is what you make of it!

Our first time back to St Thomas in 10 years and we had a great time. The house was great. Needs a few small maintenance items - squeaky doors and the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I would pay for the pool to be heated. Overall all it was great and we’d stay here again. Tarcia is a great property manager and very responsive to any communications.

Awesome Estate/Great Views

This is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The views were unbelievable. The views from the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and pool were great. The pool was perfect for our friends and would be great for kids. The house was very clean. The gated community was safe and we never had any concerns about the area. We were a short drive from Magan’s Bay and Red Hook. A couple of restaurants were even closer. The host was responsive and met us on property to ensure we had everything we needed.

Perfect Luxurious Carribean Dream Vacay

This place is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! This was a Girl's Trip during Carnival with 8 women. (Two to a room) Perfect for down time, eating together, and fellowshipping. The breakout villas were perfect. The floor plan is Spacious and accommodated our every desire. Every room had its own full bathroom which was perfect for us. The view was BREATHTAKING, and our experience was PRICELESS. We hired a private driver for the week to take us to our daily and nightly activities (highly recommend doing this). Rental is worth every penny!

Beautiful Property!

This was a gorgeous property with amazing views in all directions. My husband and I live right above the property in a condo and can see the villa from above. We rented for our family coming in for Thanksgiving (a different place each year usually) - I think we all voted this has been one of our favorites. Tarcia was very welcoming and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. The place is very clean and very well maintained. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. You won't regret booking this place!

Beautiful Place

This house is beautiful. It has amazing views of the water and the mountains! It was very clean and fully stocked for anything our family needed. It has two bedrooms in the main house and then two bedrooms with bathrooms, right outside the main house. They were all very nice and clean. It was perfect for our family. The Property Manager was very good to work with. She came on our first day and showed us everything. The pool is also very nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen was fully stocked for that. The only issue at all is that you need to park at the top of the house and not go down the driveway because it is too steep. If it rains it would be hard to drive up. That being said it was a wonderful place to stay.

Unbeatable Location

This house was just right for our family of 5! My teenagers enjoyed having their own detached rooms and the pool was a huge hit for my 9 year old. The views were absolutely incredible; the pictures really don't do it justice. We also appreciated the pool toys, the board games, the warm welcome from the property manager. It also is so quiet, being on the north side of the island. We could see both gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor area does show some wear and tear, with some soft and lifted boards here and there. Also, the water was cold for showers on the first day but the property managed it responded immediately and a plumber was out to fix it right away. Any small issues were tiny compared to how much we absolutely loved this house.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir ( 5 Personen, davon 2 Teenager) verbrachten 10 Nächte im Mai/Juni 2010 in der Villa. Ausstattung/Zimmer wundervoll, selbst vom Bett und der Dusche im Hauptschlafzimmer aus herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer/Palmen/Inseln. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sehr angenehm, auch nachts nicht zu laut. Wohnzimmer/ Küche nicht klimatisiert, auf Wind angewiesen (allerdings diverse Fenster mit Insektengittern ausgestattet, 5 Ventilatoren). Whirlpool und Pool sehr gut, am Pool allerdings kein Sonnenschutz. Sehr guter Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Zum Thema Internet (siehe andere Bewertung): fällt manchmal aus, kann aber durch Reset/Stecker am Router ziehen und ggf. etwas warten wieder behoben werden. Zufahrt unmittelbar aufs Grundstück nur für mutige Fahrer (sehr steil), man kann aber oben unmittelbar am Tor zum Grundstück parken (vielleicht 40 m zum Haus). Sehr gute Grundausstattung (bei uns z. B. diverse Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Seife, Gewürze, einige Getränke und Lebensmittel, Schnaps- /Rumlager: Kommentar dazu im Haus: drink a little, leave a little). Handtücher und Bettwäsche reichlich vorhanden, Betten sehr gut. Kühlboxen fürs Einkaufen vorhanden. Supermärkte auf St. Thomas: Wir empfehlen Food Center an der Hauptstraße in Red Hook, für dortige Verhältnisse sehr gut sortiert, sauber, ansprechend. Wir waren auch in zwei anderen (Tutu Mall und östlich von Charlotte Amalie), sind o.k., Food Center ist besser. Wir haben einen MIetwagen von Amalie Car Rental gehabt: Übernahme und Rückgabe unmittelbar am Ausgang des Flughafens, völlig problemlos, sehr gutes Auto (Jeep). Besitzer sprechen auch deutsch. Strände auf St. Thomas: unser Favorit war Sapphire Beach, gute Infrastruktur ohne dass jemand aufdringlich wäre, gutes Schnorcheln incl. reichlich Schildkröten. Fahrtzeit etwa 20 min. (nochmals 5 - 10 min zum Food Center). Trunk Bay auf St. John nicht versäumen! Fazit: Sicher wird man hier und da kleine Mankos finden - wie überall - , aber insgesamt ist das Haus bestens zu empfehlen.

PARADISE!

When we walked on this property, we felt like we were celebrities. It was top notch. Such beautiful views! Lots and lots of windows to catch that ocean breeze, everything you need in the kitchen (except condiments) and speakers surrounded all around the deck to get surround sound. Vincent was so so kind. He met us whoever we requested and took us to the property and gave us a grand tour. The pool overlooking the ocean is magical. The driveway is steep so make sure you have 4wd/AWD. Everything was about 15 minutes away. Make sure you download the island map if you use google maps so you can still navigate with GPS. Spotty coverage for your gps here. Wifi at the house worked perfectly fine. Make sure you give your accurate number of people going because rooms rates are based on double occupancy. There were 7 of us, so that automatically got us all 4 bedrooms and payment was included in the initial payments. Conserve water because you could get charged if you go over. The island is in need of water so just be respectful of that. You have AC in your bedroom at no extra cost, but not the common area. That's an extra cost because electricity is also high priced. We just opened all the windows I the living room to get the breeze to come in. It was still warm but not too bad. LOTS of care and love has been put into this home. It's beautiful inside and out.
