Seriously, while it is easy to hype up our location, we are equally committed to provide you the best lodging experience possible.

Kamaole Sands is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush landscaped ponds, fountains and foliage. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of building 10 is arguably THE MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION in the resort with GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS and just steps from Kamaole III Beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a wading pool for children, two hot tubs, four tennis courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. BBQ grills are located at the end of our building.

We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. ALL FOUR MATTRESSES WERE REPLACED IN MAY 2022. Enjoy your favorite shows on one of our
FOUR SMART TV's and prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For the beach, we provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bocce ball, and snorkel gear. You will even find a PACK-n-PLAY for your infant.

Perfect location! Loved the chickens and their babies, but the roosters were a bit loud every am. Certainly expected in Hawaii. Ac in front bedroom is loud/ratchety and we never needed to use the living room AC. Just be overhead fan. The WiFi works sporadically. Kids also loved the pool and the bbq’s were of great use. It was so convenient to have all the beach and pool toys. I would suggest getting some new non stick pans. The place was very clean. Great communication with host. Overall a great time was had by all! I highly recommend booking this home.

We were 5 and a baby. Floor was filthy. Ran out of toilet paper, dish washing pods and Kleenex. Other than that we had a great time. Beach was so close. Beds were comfortable but third bedroom (twin beds) sheets and comfort were not cotton so slippery . Would stay there again!

The stay was wonderful. The place was great. We were especially gratefull for the trunk full of beach toys - the boggie boards were a hit with my boys! The only slight issue was the presence of spiders (daddy long legs) and small geckos in the back bedroom. My youngest son had a tough time sleeping and i cleaned out the spiders each night, so he would feel better - but it's all good. Comes with the territory as far as i'm concerened. Thought it would be good to share with you though, so you know. Thanks for the great vacation spot!

My family of 4 and grandparents enjoyed every day we spent here. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and prepare meals. The view was outstanding and we took in many sunsets from the grass outside the lanai. We will be back!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Tad and Kathy's condo. You can see the ocean right from the patios and just walk across the street to be on the beach. We saw sea turtles swimming right near the shore, and several whales from shore also. The condo had everything we needed and when we needed to change our reservation, Tad worked with us to make it all work out. I highly recommend Tad and Kathy's condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus beach toys to use. They were wonderful hosts! Thank you Tad and Kathy.

The unit was a real treat! This is a ground floor, end unit with great views to the ocean, the beaches and also a wonderfully landscaped green common area. Our daughter's family loved having the beach just a few steps away (across a street with low traffic volume). Great location, maybe the best in the entire Kamaole Sands development. The unit itself was very livable and comfortable for six people (four adults and two kids).For us, this was an ideal location. We were re-visiting this part of Maui to celebrate our daughter and son-in-law's 21st wedding anniversary. They were married south of this location in the Keawala'i Congregational Church in Makena. Overall, a great visit and stay!

You will love staying at Kamaole Sands. It is the nicest and best run complex in Kihei. The gardens are immaculate, the pool/hot tubs are resort-like, and being right across the from Kamaole III gives you easy access to the sand, waves, and sunsets.
