Das fabelhafte Sunset Beach House befindet sich an einem Sandstrand im sonnigsten Teil von Maui. Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist der perfekte Ort für Ihre Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie. Genießen Sie Ihr eigenes Luxus-Eigenheim direkt am Strand zum ungefähr gleichen Preis wie die Unterbringung Ihrer Gruppe in einer Eigentumswohnung. .

Sie wohnen direkt am Strand mit Ihrem eigenen Wasserfall / Spa, großem Garten, Heimkino, moderner Küche und vielem mehr. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat vollen Meerblick und eine eigene Veranda. Und was für eine Aussicht! Auch die Dusche hat eine tolle Aussicht. Beobachten Sie den Mond im Meer von Ihrem Bett aus. Lassen Sie sich vom Rauschen der Wellen einschlafen.

Es gibt eine überdachte Veranda mit einem Tisch für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Das Meer, der Strand, die große Wiese und das Spa bieten Kindern jeden Alters viele Orte zum Entspannen oder Spielen.

Obwohl unser Haus in einer ruhigen Straße liegt, sind Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Freiluftmärkte und Parks mit Spielplätzen zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Strand hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich weit in beide Richtungen. Boogie Boards, Rasenspielzeug und Sandspielzeug sind im Haus erhältlich. Wasserspielzeuge wie Kajaks und Surfbretter können in der Nähe gemietet werden.

Während der Walsaison (Dezember - März) ist das Wasser hinter unserem Haus ein beliebter Ort für Buckelwale, insbesondere für Mütter und Neugeborene. Sie sind aktive Akrobaten und es ist aufregend, ihnen beim Spielen zuzusehen.

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Peaceful stay-close to local favorites

While the only consideration would be some updating in the home let me share that this home created an opportunity for our family to come in for a friend's daughter's wedding and share memories together that no resort could have offered. The views from the home of the beautiful palm trees and the ocean and the ability to walk just a few steps to the beach that mostly was our own unless the turtles came up to sleep at night, were breathtaking. We had three adult children with us, all in their 20s and my wife and I and we couldn't have been more pleased. We took short walks to an amazing restaurant and short drives to local farmers markets. The owner of the house was extremely communicative, and this was as close to being a local and living on the ocean as one is going to get. Would we go back - absolutely.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful house and incredible location

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this house. The Owner and Property manager were very responsive and responded to our questions timely. The house is clean and has all the accessories that we needed. We had our 8 month old Granddaughter along and they had all needs for young kids like a pack n play, high chair and accessories bc we needed. The location of the house is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The water view from the lanai is beautiful along with the sunsets every evening. We had an incredible family stay at this Sunset House!

The best sunset property ever!

The house is located in the quiet town of Kihei and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants as well as many tourist attractions. The back of the house faces west and thus has great year round sunset views. Owners are very responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for families

There were seven of us total, plenty of room for everyone. Wonderful views from the back and large yard for playing games. Well-stocked kitchen. Central to lots of restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. communication with the owner was quick. Check-out process very easy. We will definitely visit again!!

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property. Peaceful and perfect location to watch the sunset every evening. Well appointed with all you need. Side note: the coffee maker is for ground coffee not for Keurig kcups, in case you stop at Costco on your way to the house. :)

Great Vacation House

Our extended family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Everything is as described and as shown in the pictures; in fact, the photos don't do justice to the beach. You could easily stroll down the beach for 20 minutes in either direction. The place was clean and well-furnished, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedrooms reliable, and the rest of the house was kept comfortable just by opening the windows and doors. The location is convenient and the owners are very communicative. Easy to recommend.

Amazing

Property was Amazing! Backyard was as described with accurate photos! Kitchen was fully stocked. Location was prime to grocery store and restaurants. Was a family of 7 including 2 grandkids 6 and 3 yrs old.. kids loved the huge backyard, finding sea shells and seeing huge turtles come up on the beach at night. Would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful stay in Kihei!

The Sunset Beach House was delightful and perfect for our week in Maui. Location is amazing on a quiet, beautiful beach with plenty of sea turtles! The house was easy to find and access on arrival and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We especially appreciated the pack and play and toddler bed that were available for use. Plenty of sand toys, snorkel gear, and beach chairs for everyone. The waterfall spa is such a special part of this property and made for a great little swim for the kids. The easy walk to the grocery store and shops made this location very convenient. Bryce and Beebe were excellent hosts and responded to all questions immediately. Tara, the property manger, was also very helpful at assisting us with additional supplies. Would love to return again in the future!

My wife and I spend most of the year in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Three of our daughters and their families are nearby. A fourth daughter lives in Utah. We spend 2 months per year in our Maui home.

Windsurfing took us to Maui for vacations starting in the 80's. We ended up loving the place and we built our beachfront vacation home there in 2000.

Almost everything I like to do in Maui I can do in my own back yard. Nearly every water sport you can think of is possible at one time or another, depending on weather and waves. Or, if we prefer to relax, it would be difficult to find a better place for that.

Part of the pleasure of owning this home is sharing it with people and hearing them talk about how much they love it.
