Tonya and Matt were super responsive and great. Met us for a walk through upon our arrival and went over the need to know items. Everything was clean and nice. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. Loved being able to make meals here and do our laundry. Super happy to find a couple small coolers, beach chairs and a beach umbrella for our use. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the patio and catching the sunsets. Surprisingly we spent more time in the hot tub then the pool but both were lovely. There are bugs and birds everywhere outside but nothing that shouldn't be expected in a tropical climate. We would highly recommend this home for a rental!

We loved the house. It was amazing to have our own pool to relax by after a day of adventures in Maui! We spent every morning on the lanai drinking coffee and a lot of time in the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was so close to everything in Kihei. Two bathroom situation was a little challenging with six people, but we made it work. The convenience of having laundry onsite was so helpful, and there’s an outdoor shower to remove the sand after beach days. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Awesome rental great for family with kids

We had a wonderful vacation loved this The house had everything you need, even sand toys for my two young children. We spent a lot of time in the pool all the time. The interior is a lot nicer then it looks on the pictures.

Spacious home, ocean views, outstanding pool

We would stay in this home again, 10/10- the only downside is we enjoyed being in the house so much we were not motivated to explore the island! The pool is lovely- a nice sized pool to enjoy as a family of four. I spent most of my time on the back deck, enjoying the view of the pool with the ocean in the distance. The landscaping is top-notCh and there are a variety of curious birds and little lizards to watch. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed. We had a question about the cable television and called management; our question was quickly and accurately answered by a friendly, knowledgeable person. The value is here and we would book this home again without hesitation.

We had a little bit of the hard time with the wifi as it was not working for the first day or so, but management was quick to try to fix it. Our only compliant is that the company skipped our orientation so we were not told that a yard maintenance crew would be coming during the week we were staying-- they barged into the backyard without warning and mowed, weedwacked and removed trees for over an hour... needless to say we were not pleased with this unannounced intrusion while we were laying out by the pool.Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Knowing we would be eating out during the conference, we chose to cook/grill dinners on site. The kitchen, grill, and deck area were perfect for happy hour and dinners in. The pool, hottub, waterfall features and landscaping made you feel like you were in a secret garden.... Marking morning coffee, midday sun, and stargazing at night extra peaceful.

Our plans unexpectedly changed while we were on the island and I reached out to see if it was possible to check in days early. Within house, they had the house ready and we got the go ahead to check in. The house was in perfect location, 8 mins from a beautiful public beach and 5 mins from a shopping plaza.The pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless!! I would recommend PMI and this house specifically to ANYONE going to the island.

Awesome poolside getaway

House was perfect. Closeness and accessibility to all Wailea has to offer without having to be at one of the Oceanside resorts. Recommend eating at Matteo’s for incredible Italian food and Lineage if you want more Classic Hawaiian flavors. Monkey pod and Tikihua are musts for their Mai Tai’s and smaller bites.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The backyard is the shining feature of this property. Beautiful pool and spa and outdoor rock feature. The inside is very dated with brown carpet and stained dining chairs etc. If you are used to higher end home rentals may not be satisfied with the interior given the cost of the unit. The kitchen had most of the supplies needed to cook a good meal. All appliances worked. The washer and dryer worked well and the bed was comfortable. The towels were older and had a mildew odor when wet so had to wash them daily. The management company was great and responsive.— city power went out one day briefly and they were super helpful. You can see the ocean in the distance which was nice.
