Peaceful villa, perfectly located and comfortable for a successful family stay



Villa of 240 m² in the heart of Seignosse Bourg village, spacious and bright. It offers privileged access to local shops, on foot or by bike.



At the foot of the cycle paths, explore the trails of the Landes, to discover the beaches of Hossegor or Seignosse, the port of Capbreton, the marine lake of Hossegor or the ponds of the forest, all within a radius of approximately 7 km.



The swimming pool is private and secured by a manual rigid roller shutter. The pool is open from May to September, subject to stable weather conditions allowing these opening dates to be maintained.



You will have access to the entire accommodation, except for 2 private rooms, locked, in the upstairs bedrooms, the one on the right and the one on the left.



Residential district of Seignosse Bourg, you will have quick access to local shops. Very quiet, it is a perfect neighbourhood to recharge your batteries, close to all points of interest in the surrounding area.



Move around ideally by bike! Numerous cycle paths are available, allowing you to reach Hossegor (Town centre - Lake - beach) Seignosse or even Capbreton without ever needing to take the car again.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



- Minimum age

The booking is reserved for adults (minimum 18 years old).

- Booking holder

The person making the booking must be present during the stay.

- Mandatory documents before arrival

Online check-in with our agency (see link received at booking) + submission of an identity document are mandatory for finalising your booking.

- Cleanliness of the accommodation

The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.

Otherwise, additional cleaning fees of €45.00 including VAT per hour commenced may be charged.

- Animals

In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of €300 may be applied.

- Swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September. Heating activated only if weather permits maintaining stable water temperature
