The first level of the apartment, located on the second floor of the building, is dedicated to the sleeping quarters. Here you will find four bedrooms, two of which feature their own bathrooms and private kitchenettes. A shared master bathroom for the other two bedrooms is equipped with a double shower, a Japanese-style toilet, and a sauna, all available for your exclusive relaxation.



On the upper level, you will discover a spacious, bright living room furnished with a large-screen smart TV and comfortable sofas. This space opens onto a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or moments of relaxation. An elegant, fully equipped open kitchen completes this welcoming living space. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a separate restroom are also at your disposal for optimal comfort.



Finally, the top floor features a magnificent rooftop terrace, the perfect place to unwind. You can soak up the Nice sunshine on the lounge chairs, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy time with friends and family in a cozy outdoor lounge area.
