It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC - Laundry room The house is located on the edge of the D80 road. Beach and public parking spaces are located opposite the cottage, on the other side of the road. Free municipal parking is available 50 meters away. Access to the cottage is via a shared entrance with a few steps, followed by a narrow staircase approximately 60 cm wide with about ten steps. - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Beach towels: €3 per person - The rental of towels, bed linen, and the cleaning service are payable directly to the owner upon arrival.
