The property was so clean and the King bed was great to sleep on. We will most definitely stay here again when in Houston. The property has a wonderful patio with water feature to sit by. Location is perfect for MD Anderson and very quite area to recover from treatment. The Host was great always responded quickly when texted within minutes. Having an assigned parking place was the best not having to worry about car and locked garage.

The unit (1149) itself was fine- it could use some updates from wear and tear (kitchen, bath, floors). Could’ve used more hand towels and utensils (knives, spoons- I bought some and left them there). I also had to buy my own bathroom hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent (there were none of the above). I realize this is probably the fault of the cleaning crew.And while not a huge deal, as we didn’t care, but the description says there are welcome snacks- there were not . The flickering entry light did not get fixed while we were there. The toilet seat has been installed crooked- I wish I would’ve taken a picture- it was kind of funny. My husband tried to fix it, but didn’t have the tools. Also, in the bathroom, the towel hook by the shower needs attention- it looks like someone had tugged on it and it came loose, so they stuffed the hole with toilet paper. I’d give the unit a 4/5 because it did suit our needs and nothing wrong was horrible. The bldg however would get a 3/5 because the halls stink, the carpets are filthy, the coffee/hot cocoa/tea in clubhouse needed refilled a lot and seemed to be out when we wanted it. The furniture in the clubhouse needs cleaned. We had to ask the leasing office for a remote to change the tv, if it had been after hours, we wouldn’t have been able to watch the football game we wanted. The pool was nice. There were full, stinky trash cans in the halls every night.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive from start to finish. They were welcoming and genuinely concerned about ensuring I had a peaceful, comfortable stay, especially since my visit was for medical reasons, which meant a lot to me.The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Midway through my stay, a cleaning was arranged, and the person sent was extremely kind, professional, and very thorough.The apartment had everything I needed and felt like a safe, calm place to rest and recover. I truly appreciate the care and attention provided and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful stay.

Great place near medical center

My husband and I were in town for my cancer treatments and needed a place close to the hospital. This location was great. The gym was a nice perk. The apartment was immaculate and communication with the host was quick and easy.

This was an wonderful stay overall. The check in process was a little cumbersome, but it was smooth sailing after that. The property was clean & had all the necessities. The property manager was very responsive & accommodating. It was an excellent stay.

Property management was wonderful to work with! The purpose of our stay was for MD Anderson appointments. We had stressful days with several anxious moments. The management team were gracious and patient with me during some scatter-brained moments. The property itself was a safe haven and soft place to land each day and just as described. We have many more visits to Houston in our future and hope to stay at this property each time!

Great Stay

This was a perfect VRBO. Arrival details were a little confusing, but once we figured that out we had an AMAZING stay. Fully stocked. Clean. Quiet. Upscale furnishings.

Wonderful Property

The property was great! We had a three week stay as my husband received treatment at MD Anderson. The location was perfect for us. We found everything very comfortable and clean. The unit was very quiet and public areas were well kept. We hope to rent again as additional treatments come up.

Great location and large space

Love this apartment with plenty of space especially for a 1 bedroom! Garage parking, stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed and large bathroom. Office space if you need to work remotely while staying. Beautiful courtyard right outside the patio. Quiet complex close to restaurants and shopping as well as less than 5 minutes to medical center. Highly recommend!

Location good for our needs. Clean and nice.

Nice. There seems to be quite a bit of growing families in the complex. With that being said it can be a little noisy at times. Not complaining just thought I would mention that. The emails are a little overwhelming. Management is very quick to answer the phone, emails, and texts to help you in any way.

Good location & Remote work

We were staying for a week for appointments at MD Anderson and this was a good option for us. The remote work space was nice and the space was comfortable and a good size. The property manager responded quickly when we had an issue and corrected it. FYI the shower is over a garden tub so it’s deeper and a bit harder to get in and out of if you have balance issues.

Had a little issue with the key cafe, machine malfunction. The PM jumped right on it and squared it away pretty quickly.
