All guest are expected to treat our home with respect. If any of the rules are broken or the property is damaged, guest will be charged up to $1000 for damages.

Guest who host parties will have their reservation automatically cancelled w/ no refunds. No smoking in unit. Must use patio/balcony & keep balcony door shut so smoke does not enter the unit. If smoking in the house or there is any smell of smoke in the unit you will be charged up to $350.

Any additional guest not on reservation will not be permitted to stay overnight. If additional guest stay over night you will be charged $125 per person per night for each additional guest.

Please use make-up towels when washing off make-up or tanner. If make-up stain’s any towels, linens, or bedding you will be charged up to $350.

Missing keys or key fob $500 fee
Missing parking pass $50 fee
