Escape to your own private paradise at Sunshine House on the Bay in beautiful Bonita Springs, FL. The home is steps away from the water, located on the beautiful bay where you have views of all it has to offer whether it be an adventure out on the water for boaters, fishing off the dock or relaxing in the back yard at the pool. The home offers a perfect balance of tranquility and excitement.

The open concept, spacious home is newly renovated and beautiful, beachy modern decor. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space and comfort. The home comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests.

Step outside the expansive sliding glass doors off the living room to the patio overlooking the pool and bay - the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset and if you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of a dolphin in the bay or the other wildlife that occasionally pop in. You'll love the hot tub and pool, perfect for relaxing or a refreshing swim while also soaking in the stunning views.

The home is perfect for families or groups with a fully stocked kitchen to cook delicious meals together, spacious living area for movie nights and plenty of outdoor seating and outdoor dining at BBQs. You'll find games and pool toys in the garage for days spent at home by the pool enjoying the warm Florida sun and beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your day trips to nearby beaches.

The house and property were absolutely amazing! Had everything you’d expect at home and more. Decor was beautiful and beds were super comfy! Even had lots of beach chairs for us to use! A couple of issues on day one but communication and problems solved VERY quickly. Nicole and Crissy were very helpful/responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

An amazing stay! We were a group of two families and the house couldn't have been more comfortable for us. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool and hot tub and there was plenty of room for us all. The house was also the most well stocked we had ever rented - from all the kitchen gadgets you could need to beach chairs and coolers. We will definitely rent again when we are back to the area!!

Great views!

A couple small issues on the first day were quickly resolved with almost immediate responses from the property manager. Excellent location!!! Home is fully stocked, we took too much assuming we would need beach towels & supplies. They have 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach wagon & 2 skim boards & tons of beach towels available for use. There are floats & balls for pool. All brand new condition. Plenty of kitchen & home supplies. Photos truly don’t do the view justice. Recommend a few more instructions to be included in their binder for the pool/spa area. Also recommend the plants on edge of pool be trimmed back weekly. We did trim them while there because they were hanging in the pool & making a mess. Would love to go back!!!

From the minute we booked Sunshine House on the Bay until the minute we checked out, our experience with both the hosts and this beautiful home was perfection. This immaculately clean home has been beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. We are already planning our return trip for next year.

Great stay, great home!

I stayed here for a week with my 2 children, ages 9 and 11. We had a blast. They jumped in the pool the minute we arrived at the home. We grilled steaks on the bbq, and ate dinner in the tiki hut. The house if 5 minutes from Barefoot Beach, and close to other area beaches as well. The house was fully stocked, including the kitchen, toiletries, beach gear (chairs, umbrella and tote wagon), pool floats, etc. The manager was very communicative, checked on whether we needed anything, and left a very nice welcome basket for us. We really had a great time, and were very comfortable in the house! Thank you!

Best.summer.vacation.ever!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our week-long trip. The home was spacious and comfortable. The property manager was diligent about checking in and accommodating if we needed anything at all, but allowed us space and privacy at the same time. We have 4 children, one with special needs and there was not a day he felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable. We did have a boat which absolutely helped make the trip as memorable as it could be! But the location does sit quaint and relevant among lots of activities & beaches to get to by car! We tried several local restaurants and absolutely loved Sweet Malissa’s ice cream shop in the evenings. 10/10 in every aspect!!

Nice stay at Tiki bayhouse

My Boyfriend and I had a relaxing stay at this new addition to vrbo property's. Price was high for the property, but possibly due to the SWF areas extreme rent and home inflation climate it's famously experiencing now; tailend of end of high season. It does have a pool/spa and is on the back bay though so keep that in mind when browsing pricing; is to be expected. It's very close to Beaches (within 5 minutes), which you'll appreciate if you don't know the area and it's traffic and commutes (been visting all my life). The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Check in is a keypad password set up. The property manager left us a great welcome basket with a greeting card, fresh fruit, and nice snacks- which is important to note. The home was missing a few basics, but the kind property manager took care of these (and some quirks) right away. The place was very clean, had some new furniture, and the space architecturally had a nice layout and vibe. The Kitchen has a plethora of plateware, glassware, and serving platters, and some appliances. Air-conditioning was quiet with no glitches. Brand new (as in days) bikes, beach chairs, towels, and wagon provided before check in- very rare and great luck with coastal rentals! The pool was lovely and warm, and was saltwater generated; as was spa. We miss it already. Landscaping plants were nice, but need some tlc. The baywater (not canal) was right outside the back of house, with no* residences across the other side; and my parents brought their boat over. Serendipitous side note: my parents friends Sister owned this home in past, and they attended a party there; and my Dad bought the owners boat as well. Myself, and Hugo, are seasoned travelers and vacation home renters, so you can rest assure you'll be happy with this stay. We would book again!

Great Host, great place!!! Very close to beautiful beaches. Total experience was outstanding. All equipment we could think of was in the property or was organized in a few hours. Wonderful Pool. Kids loved it! We will love to come back!
