Spacious condo with beautiful beach

This is a wonderful resort condo that was comfortable for our family of 4. The decor is nice and we had everything we needed. It was convenient that it had the umbrella and chairs rental included in this condo! We had great communication with Katy for checkin, checkout, and any needs throughout our stay.

Great location

Six of us stayed in the condo and we had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub was very nice and the location was convenient to many shops and restaurants.

Family vacation

Katy was great to work with and we even got to extend our stay with an extra day. We really enjoyed having the free beach service of chairs and umbrella. Renovations on the elevators made the wait time a little long at times, but they should be finished soon and that will be nice.

We loved the beach views. Accommodations were great. Even recliners for comfort and older people to relax in! Kitchen has sufficient dishes, pots and pans. Plenty of towels and beach towels and toys too. Only negative, bedroom carpets need to be cleaned. We hope to stay again next winter.

Excellent condo

This condo was great!! It’s close to everything and all in all we had a wonderful time. If I had to say a negative is the mattresses need to be changed. They are extremely hard. Also maybe a little bleach in the shower tiles.

Girls Weekend

Seven females traveled to PC for a weekend away. We enjoyed our time immensely. The condo was lovely. Minor issues shared with the host such as a leaking/squealing toilet and the door to the balcony being very difficult to open. The host has already responded that they would address these issues. We had plenty of space for our group and the Starbucks on site was nice. The elevators were terrible during check out time with several being out of service. We understand this was out of the hostesses control, but wanted to note it so future guests can plan accordingly.

Not most clean place

This condo was not as clean as it should have been. We saw lots of dirty floor in corners. We never used the dining table because the table and place mats were covered in syrup. The lock pad on the door didn't work and the owner did send a couple of handyman to try to repair it but they never got it repaired. The owner bought a dinner for us for the inconvenience.

Nice condo, great location BUT...

Overall our stay was pretty good. The unit was a lot bigger than we expected and the 8th floor view was amazing. However, there were several reasons that we won't book here again. 1.) The cleanliness of the unit wasn't great. Disappointing actually :( 2.) Maintenance of the unit was lacking in multiple areas. Enough visible issues to motivate me to take a video before we moved our stuff in. 3.) The king beds are very uncomfortable. This may be the #1 thing that this unit needs is new mattresses. (Old spring mattresses currently) 4.) the elevator situation at Wydham/Emerald Beach is pretty terrible. 20+ minute waits really adds up and eats into your vacation time. 5.) Parking was a nightmare - listing states 2 parking spots per unit, but we encountered a completely full parking garage 4 of the 7 nights. We had to park in a dimly lit sand lot behind the garage which isn't marked Wyndham or Emerald beach and states on the sign that it's not monitored or secure "park at your own risk". Not comforting when you're driving a $100k rental. 6.) the light switches in this condo are puzzling. Takes a little bit of trial to figure out what switch goes to what outlet/light.

We wish you had communicated with us about some of the things that didn't make your stay a truly 5 Star experience while you were in our condo. We responded to the issue with the freezer as soon as you made us aware of it and our handyman is going to address the bathroom cabinet. We weren't aware of the other issues and would have addressed what we could while you were there. We're here any time to help you have the best stay possible.
