Cocoonr offers this 40 m² flat for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, which sleeps up to 4 people. It is located in a 3-hectare residence planted with trees, 250 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool and tennis court.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x200cm) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a 3 m² east-facing balcony
- A shower room (with shower and WC)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outside :
- A shared, unheated 11 x 25 m swimming pool, as well as an 11 x 4 m children's pool. The swimming pool is open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- A second 3 m² east-facing balcony, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared garden of around 3 hectares

The flat is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- An access bracelet is required for access to the swimming pool, to be collected from the residence.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
