Welcome to our private waterfront estate overlooking the Potomac River. This expansive 12,000+ square foot residence offers sweeping river views, exceptional privacy, and generous gathering spaces in a quiet residential setting just minutes from Washington, DC.
Built in 2002 in a traditional grand style, the home features soaring ceilings, a dramatic two-story living room, a unique two-story library, multiple decks, a theater, recreation spaces, sauna, and room to comfortably accommodate up to 16 registered guests across 6 bedrooms plus one additional sleeping room (5 full baths and 3 half baths).
This is not a newly renovated ultra-modern home. The estate reflects classic early-2000s craftsmanship and scale, designed for comfort, space, and relaxed gatherings rather than contemporary minimalism. Guests who appreciate privacy, setting, and generous proportions tend to enjoy the home most.
The private driveway accommodates up to 4–5 vehicles total. Due to the residential nature of the property and shared drive access, additional or overflow parking is not available. The home is best suited for registered overnight guests rather than high-traffic events.

House Rules (Please Review Carefully):
- Standard check-in: 4:00 PM
- Early check-in (if available): $200 per hour, up to 2 hours
- 2–4 hours early: half-day rate
- Over 4 hours early: full-day rate
- Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets
- Maximum occupancy: 16 guests (including visitors, unless pre-approved)
- No parties, loud music, public nudity, or exotic dancers
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (family neighborhood)
- No illegal, dangerous, immoral, or unethical activities
- Guests are responsible for accidental damages
- Parking:
- Driveway only (fits 5-6 cars)
- No street parking
- The private road must remain clear at all times
- Additional vehicles must park in the cul-de-sac or main street—no exceptions
Only the main family room fireplace is operational. Other units have been intentionally deactivated. Some decorative appliances are not in use.
The exterior staircase leading to the river is seasonal and may be restricted during colder months as reconditioning work continues.
The home is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival. As with any large private estate, occasional maintenance needs may arise; our team is responsive and available to assist during your stay.
Exterior security cameras are located at entry points and along the river staircase. There are no indoor cameras.
