This is a wonderfully artistic living and entertaining space that has been redefined from a former restaurant into a glorious place to call home. This is definitely not cookie cutter. If you are traveling for the holidays and you have a large family then this is a great place to call home for a short time. Christmas and Thanksgiving get togethers are wonderful here. If you want to have a baby shower, a bridal shower, a cocktail party and hire a chef or you just want a girls night out without having to drive anywhere this is the place for you. If you are several couples that want to chill with the vibe of being somewhere different and not have to travel out then this is the place for you. This is a completely unique and fun place for anyone. If you want the space for the day for an event or you want something personal this is a wonderful place to have a party. The main living area is comprised of two intimate seating areas for multiple people, one which has a TV. The dining area is centrally located and is situated in front of a 27' bar area which has been converted to the open kitchen concept. There is a large refrigerator, double wall ovens and a 36" gas cooktop. The kitchen is fully equipped with what ever you might need. Beyond that is a room that is a den which converts to a sleeping area with a queen size sleeper. That flows into a full bathroom which flows into another room with a sleeping loft that has a king size Japanese sleeping mat. Below the loft is a space that a queen size air mattress can be used if needed and will be provided. The sleeping loft room exits to a large walking closet hallway that there is another large bathroom with a soaking tub and large shower. That opens up to a huge sitting/sleeping room. There are two queen size sleeper sofas and a decorative screen which divides another sleeping area that has a king size bed. The main living and entertaining area also has a sofa that converts to a full size sleeping bed. All in all this space can sleep a multitude of people if need be. It is set up with only two designated sleeping areas, the king size bed and the king size sleeping loft and the rest is set up to convert to sleepers for extra people. The idea is to keep the majority of the place ready for entertaining. If there are larger groups to be hosted that want to stay over there are other units in the building that can be available if not already booked. Price per night is based on 2 person occupancy and additional nightly fees are assessed per person per night. Cleaning fees are calculated on occupancy and fee posted is based on a 2-4 person occupancy. Please note fees section. This is the most equitable way to handle as the apartment has the ability to host larger groups. Please note that there are 2 security cameras on the exterior entrances and one on the interior entrance in the LR which is a common area and views the front door only.

Great place in a great little town.

I traveled up to the Little Falls area to attend a college reunion. A friend of mine and I stayed at this property. It was absolutely perfect. Enough room so that we each had our own space but a really great gathering area to hang out and catch up. Bianka was a pleasure to meet and clearly cares for this property very much. Thanks for the great weekend!!

Multipurposefull/ Beautiful

The property is very impressive especially if you appreciate architecture, design & decor. I used this space to host a rehearsal dinner and host over night guests. Additional space available in the same building. Bianka was approachable and flexible.
