Welcome to the enchanting charm of Hidden Treasure Estate! This inviting retreat blends rustic elegance with modern comforts, offering a serene escape perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. The estate features three spacious bedrooms—two adorned with luxurious king beds and a cozy room with twin beds, accommodating up to 10 guests with ease. For your convenience, the fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze. The cozy living room features a fireplace and smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

Please Note:

1. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.

2. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest's arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid-for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

4. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4-wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.

5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.

6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.

Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.

I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
