Redefined Alchemy- The Bergamot Suite

Beautiful, large, airy and light filled 3 bedroom apt in the heart of Little Falls NY. It is a 3rd floor walkup with front and rear access. Parking for one vehicle and off street parking is available. One block from the Hospital and less than a five minute walk to Main Street shopping. Great Location, quiet and charming! Privacy is guaranteed.

The space is large and private, plenty of room for 3 couples or a family if you are looking for a getaway for a weekend or longer and if your a party of two even better..more room to hang out..:-)

Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is a kitchen, fully stocked for in home dining if desired. There is a full dining room for dinner parties..Long hallway which leads to bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower combo and 2 bedrooms across the hall from bathroom., one has a king size bed and the other a full size bed. The end of the hallway leads into the cozy LR which can seat everybody comfortably to watch a movie..The front room off of the LR is also Living area but can be closed off to be utilized as third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin to king trundle bed. The apartment is large and comfortable and has wifi.

There is no smoking or pets allowed. No parties although a dinner party is ok amongst yourselves..If you desire visitors then a conversation is needed. It is an apartment building and loud unruly behavior is not allowed. My 2 tenants are nurses and have unusually long schedules so loud boisterous parties are not allowed. They are respectful and quiet and I expect the same of my guests. I am on the premises as well from time to time and am locally situated..a few blocks from the building. There is no laundry in unit however I do offer laundry services if you need and that would be complimentary. There is a laundermat in town if you desire that, if you are staying for a longer period.

Please note that the base rate is for two people and anybody over two people there will be an additional surcharge per night to accommodate extra wear and tear, bedding etc.

Amazing apartment

We spent 2 weeks touring central NY looking for a summer home - this apartment was my wife's favorite place we stayed - amazing décor...but keeping our kids quiet was an exhausting chore ;-) Definitely sold on the Little Falls area...access to the bike path and kayaking on the canal. Hoping the downtown area keeps bouncingh back post-covid.

My sisters and I loved the apartment, Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious. Easy to get to. Kitchen utensils in great shape. Parking was a little tight and definately not for anyone with mobility issues.

Charming, Comfortable Place

Traveler beware, it is two flights of stairs up. This was not an issue for us, but I know it could be for some. Everything was spelled out clearly by the property manager and we had no issues. The beds are very stiff, which isn't great for me, but some prefer it that way. All of the sheets and blankets were very comfortable and cozy though. The decor was nice. The tv had a Roku with Netflix set-up for when we were winding down for the night. It was a good spot all in all.

Amazing weekend stay

My partner and I spent the NYE weekend at this magical listing. Don’t think twice about staying here, the listing is very accurate right down to every detail. The host made sure we were comfortable and promptly communicated with us whenever we had a question. This cozy apartment felt like the perfect level of privacy and yet we were easily able to shop at the local supermarket. We are absolutely returning as soon as possible to go hiking and explore more of this awesome town. Needless to say, the listing, host and town are all very welcoming and accommodating. Nice stay!

The Property was as pictured and conveniently located to everything in Little Falls. The Decor in the apartment gave a vintage feel and was representative of the antique outlets in the area. Bianka was quick to communicate and always helpful. Would stay again if I make it back.
