Amazing location in beautiful Terrace Heights with proximity from Whyte Avenue, river valley and University of Alberta campus and University Hospital, Downtown, Rogers Place, West Edmonton Mall, Muttart Conservatory, Capilano Mall.
It has everything for a quiet comfortable stay. Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay! Enjoy your stay. The House is an upper and lower split, and there is an occupant in the basement suite (lower split).
Free Parking on street in front of the house. Or anywhere on the street.
Under 10 minutes to Downtown, Whytemud drive or Anthony Henday

A very responsive host. When we arrived with tired kids it turned out there had been an error and the cleaners had not come to clean the property after the last guests left. Gladys immediately sent them at 8pm at night on a Friday and they were quick and courteous. They came back the next day while we were out to finish cleaning with all the loud tools they didn't use while the kids were sleeping. While of course we'd have preferred a clean house when we arrived, I am really impressed with the speed and professionalism of the host to fix an issue, and we all recognize these mistakes can happen, its more about how the issue is resolved.

This place is very comfortable and has a homey feel to it. It had every thing we needed and the hosts are lovely. I would definitely return.

Nice place

Location was excellent. Close to the Citadel Theatre making for easy travel to a show. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful decor in the home. Many options on the Roku to watch (only complaint was no Netflix.) Would stay again.

Responsive host and very clean home

This home is amazing!! It is very clean and has extra amenities like toothbrushes and toothpastes in case you forgot your own. There are good amounts of towels in each room with a cute bunny towel as well. The host is a great communicator. They responded very quick and gave all necessary information required for the stay. Would definitely book this again

Lovely peaceful home

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Though it was just a block away from a main road, the property was quiet, inside and outside. A very well stocked kitchen (table ware, flat ware, pots and pans). It felt quite homey. The bed in bedroom 2 was soft and comfy, just how I like it. Bedroom 1's bed was firmer which was perfect for other family members. Plenty of extra blankets, and throws for the sofa. Internet was fast and the TV had loads of channels to watch. Everything was clean and welcoming. We would have enjoyed using the outdoors area (a quiet back yard) due to the wildfire smoke, we weren't able to. The location was very good for getting around Edmonton. Gladys, the host was very communicative and so pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

Stayed for a family getaway with my kids. After busy days doing different activities around the city, this was a great place to relax and recharge. This host adds the little extra to make you feel welcome with bottles of water, snacks and extra toiletries. It was a nice added touch. The property was easy to get to and very quiet. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and close to the expo center!

The house was great! The hosts were easy to reach and even set out a few snacks for us to enjoy when we checked in. The beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. I really like that we had access to laundry and other cleaning supplies so we could tidy the space during our stay. We spent a lot of time at the expo center and it was a perfect location for us! If I could suggest anything to improve it I would have a nonstick frying pan available, cutting board and pepper. Overall a very nice time!

Great Home Away From Home

We stayed while our father was waiting for and had open heart surgery. The owner was quick to communicate and the property was as described. It was very well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. It was close to both the Royal Alexander Hospital and The Mazankowski Heart Centre. The beds were comfortable and the parking was great. After a long day at the hospital it was nice to come home to a nice comfortable home and make a home cooked meal. The owner worked with us to accommodate our changing schedule. Would definitely recommend.
