This home is centrally located near stores and restaurants. Bring your golf cart or UTV and drive right on the beach! The main area of the home features 3 bedrooms/2 baths, kitchen and living room. The home sleeps 10 and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

DOWNSTAIRS – Large bar with seating and Roku TV, outdoor lighting, picnic table, firepit with four Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower. Outdoor games include Giant Jenga and Cornhole.

Arrive at this home and find new furnishings, tons of natural light and a huge downstairs entertaining area with bar, picnic table, firepit, outdoor shower, charcoal grill plus games. The downstairs string-lit bar is the ultimate space to kick back and watch the latest game on the Roku TV, use the charcoal grill, enjoy a meal at the picnic table or sit around the fire pit. There is a private outdoor shower with warm water to wash the sand off from the beach. Beach towels are included and provided in the bunk bedroom.


UPSTAIRS– You will find a deck with four Adirondack chairs and two small tables to sit and enjoy a drink and catch a glimpse of water from each side. Sit back and listen to the waves and feel the breeze from the ocean. At dusk, enjoy beautiful Gulf sunsets.

An open-floor concept connects the living room to the kitchen. The living area boasts a game table, electric fireplace, comfy seating and a large Roku TV. A variety of board games are included to help your family make memories. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, drip and Keurig coffee maker, French press, plates, cups, silverware, full knife set, toaster, spice rack, blender, crock-pot, cooking basics, and more. Enjoy a nice meal from the 4-person eat-in breakfast bar.


BATHROOMS – Stocked with many soft towels and features a bathtub perfect for children. Plus there is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall closet.
