Cocoonr offers this beautifully renovated former forge with mountain views for rent in Duingt, less than 15 minutes' walk from Duingt beach. It measures 90 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.

It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with fireplace (first flambé offered), sofa and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140 × 190) and a desk.
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two), a pull-out bed and a single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Second floor:
- Fitted attic with a sleeping area with a double bed (140 × 190).

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: brick barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, high chair, baby bath, fan.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed and private 600 m² garden with views of the mountains.
- An east-facing 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Duingt, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
