First of all, the home was so clean and tidy that we kept wondering if we were the first people to stay for the season. The gas grill looked brand new. Maintenance was superb. Curb appeal and neighborhood upkeep was excellent. The pool area was fantastic. Our only gripe (minor) is we wished there were a few more items like coffee filters and extra garbage bags. We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and this property had the best communication we’ve experienced yet. Solid vacation rental - would recommend.

Family getaway

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The beds are super comfortable. Pool area very nice. Loved the shuttle bus that picked you up and brought you back from the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful place which suited our family needs perfectly. Great location, 2 houses away from the pool (pool was NOT heated). And about 4 easy blocks to the beach. House had wagon, 2 umbrellas and chairs we could take to the beach.

Great place to vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time staying here. Its convenient location to the beach and pool was perfect. It’s near the shops and downtown Destin and even with the traffic it didn’t take us long. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is walking distance to the pool and less than a mile from the beautiful beach. The kitchen is complete and has plenty of plates and glasses, utensils and we love the ICE Maker!!! We will definitely come back and refer it to our friends. Thank you Beach Ya To It!!!

Worth booking.

Property was very nice. Only complaint is if you are going to advertise a Tiki Bar located at the pool. You should let people know it is only for looks and serves no purpose.

Cute Home

The house is very cute and well maintained! Only thing we had an issue with is the floors were not very clean (sand was everywhere). Other than that it was great!

Labor Day Stay

The overall trip was awesome and the house was perfect! The only negative was that our house code didn’t work for check in so we had to wait for a maintenance worker to come by and help change the code/ fix. They were timely and were at the house within 30 minutes. Great spacious house perfect for a beach trip.

Beach ya to it

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. It is very close to the beach and pool. We enjoyed both! We cooked in some nights and ate out some. All appliances were in great working order, loved the ice maker. The vacation haven boxes were a special treat. We all enjoyed the deck on the second floor. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and big and clean.
