WE ARE BACK!!! 💧💦🐟🦆🐠🛶⚓️🛥️🚤Please let me welcome you to my dream home. Beautiful views. Sandy beach. 58ft of frontage!!! Plenty of games for the lake and boat rentals are available in the area at robs rentals. There is also a 20ft pontoon available for rental as well. We have added a brand new furnace and water softener and a brand new toilet!!There will be room to park your boat on the dock!! Sandy beach and a nice area with a fire pit 10 feet from the water!! Room to park 6 cars and a yard across the street to play volleyball, badminton and many other games. There is room to bring your friends and family. Main bedroom has a beautiful lake view!!! You can see the lake from all 3 rooms and a nice common area upstairs overlooking the lake. Open floor plan looking straight out into the water. There are security cameras viewing cars coming on the road to the house, the front door, and the parking lot. There is a winery a few miles away and a brewery with that’s very live Friday and Saturday nights. And it’s within walking distance!!! There is a gas grill available!! Faster horses is 6 miles away!! As well as MIS speedway!!! Come spend a week and enjoy all beautiful Irish hills offers!! Great Neighbors . Come and take a walk in the residential neighborhood!!!! It’s a great vibe!!! We are available for renters all year long!! Come spend Christmas opening presents in front of the fireplace while enjoying some nice hot coffee!! Last year was a huge success and we plan on building on that success. I want to provide the best most memorable vacations. There is extra dock space if you want too bring your own boat and jet skis!! Great road to walk your kids in the stroller or to go for nice quiet ride on a bike!!! There is a party store 2 miles away with the coldest beer in Michigan and the best liquor prices!! Bring your family and friends and enjoy the time with your loved ones!! Please no BIG parties.. We have a brand new bathroom in the basement and completely updated main floor bathroom. All new shower/tub ,shower door and freshly painted cabinets, new fan with Bluetooth and a brand new power flush toilet. We also feature a brand new furnace. Brand new Mattresses in every room!! Updated Sept 2024. Brand new Bimini cover for the boat!! Had an amazing 2024!! Let’s take 2025 by the horns and get the most out of life!! Come have forever lasting memories at the Marr Castle!!!

The house was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the lake, our host was so kind, accommodating, and communication was excellent. We will definitely be coming back during the summer to utilize the lake. It was a great house to celebrate our Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with our adult children. Great location to attend shows at Chateau Aeronautique. Fully equipped home, updated first floor bathroom. Home comfortable and cutely decorated. Peaceful lakefront view with attractive backyard. Only negative is that all bedrooms are on the second floor with no bathroom upstairs but home is so charming it’s easy to overlook this small inconvenience.

Loved the lake view. Property was very clean. It was nice to have the queen beds for everyone. Took a minute to find the half bath in the basement but it was nice to have the extra one. It worked out great for our needs. It was kind of a last minute weekend getaway for a high school reunion of sorts for five friends that haven't gotten together in years.

If you're looking for a house rental on Sand lake with a great owner/host, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!We were a group of 8 adult women & this lake house worked out amazing for us! It has everything you need & more! Within walking distance to the winery/brewery too! The owner/host Barry returns questions/messages promptly & makes sure his home is exceptionally clean for guests! Us ladies already can't wait for round 2! Magnificent lakehouse rental! Book it!, you wont regret it!!!

This was a last minute Labor Day weekend reservation. The home was exactly what we were looking for, relaxation and fun on the lake. Barry was very responsive to our inquiries and even had the house ready for us to check in early. There was plenty of room for us to dock our 2 jet skis. The home was clean and comfortable, the lake was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. We had a great experience.

Beautiful place on a quiet peaceful lake! We rented the pontoon a couple days, and had a great time swimming, fishing and just cruising around the lake looking at all of the beautiful houses. The owner was a great guy to work with, and was available anytime if we needed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the house, the beds were comfortable, the neighbors were friendly and the view was wonderful. We would love to come back, and would definitely recommend Barry and his beautiful lake house to anyone.

A great stay on Sand Lake! The bathrooms have been remodeled and are very clean. The kitchen has a nice open floor plan with the dining and living area with a great view of the lake. Water sports were awesome and the dock worked very well. The fire pit was awesome for fires at night and making s’mores.

Barry was very friendly and explained how everything worked. The house was exactly as advertised and we had fun on the lake. We were able to chill on the patio and watch the sunset then go down to the firepit and eat smores. The family really enjoyed our time there.

Absolutely wonderful week on Sand Lake! Barry is so responsive and helpful. The house is lovely and stocked with everything you would expect and more. All bedrooms are upstairs and the main bathroom is on the main level. We are already making plans for another stay at this home.

Working at the track

We had our team of smoothie makers working at NASCAR. Very quick and easy trip each day to the track. We had 8 friends and family with us and had plenty of room. The lake looks amazing, but didn’t have much time to enjoy. We met several neighbors that were really nice. Don’t miss the barbecue place right down the road, amazing.

Wonderful Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lake home. The host was so generous to allow us to check in early and was very friendly with every communication. We loved waking up to the view with all of the loons and geese and other wildlife. It was a little chilly to make use of the beautiful patio but it was so pretty. The open concept living room/kitchen was just what this group of late forties ladies wanted so we could be in the kitchen but still together. Grateful for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect! The best feature of this property was the outdoor area and ability to rent the pontoon that is right on the dock. Only downfall was there wasn't a ton of shade for the two babies we had with us, as the canopy on the pontoon wasn't useable (I did forget to mention this to property manager upon checkout). I'm sure he would have assisted if we requested, as he was great to work with. We will definitely be back for future vacations!
