This property is located right across the street from the Texas A&M University campus! You can enjoy the luxurious details of the home while staying a walk away from Kyle Field. There are 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and it can sleep 20+ guests. The open concept kitchen extending into the living room provides a perfect gathering place for family and friends. One upstairs bedroom containing 2 full bunk beds with an additional 2 twin mattresses which pull out from underneath the bunks (total of 6 beds) is a great spot for the kids to sleep! There is even an upstairs media room with fully-reclining leather couches to watch a movie or catch the game. Out on the back porch, there is plentiful seating with a summer kitchen containing a large countertop and grill where you can cook and watch the game on the 2 TV’s. The shaded backyard, basketball hoop, and putting green are excellent for those beautiful Texas days!

In addition to the four bedrooms, there is an air conditioned attic loft with multiple mattresses loved by kids, expanding the sleeping accommodations to 20+! This property is ideal for WELL-SUPERVISED teams attending tournaments in Bryan/College Station.
