We had a great stay!! The home was perfect for our large extended family to gather and enjoy visiting while in town for the Banana Ball game! All the family (young and old) enjoyed the great outdoor space and the ability to cook meals and eat together all weekend. This place has so many fun things for entertainment and just relaxing. The owner was an excellent communicator!! We’d love to stay again!

This was such an amazing stay. The host met us at check in to show us around and went above and beyond when the gate got stuck due to bad weather. It was so serene and the perfect place to stay for a few families and our kids.

Fantastic gathering place for special events.

We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!

Beautiful home and location

This was a great place for our large, diverse, 3 generation family. We even gave up one of our outings to “stay home” because the house was so comfortable and lots to do. The location felt very secluded, safe and quiet, but yet we were close to things we wanted to go do. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area again.
