Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Three restful bedrooms offer space for up to six guests. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, a massage recliner, a boho chair, and a large TV. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and storage, while the downstairs bedroom provides another queen bed. All include blackout curtains and memory foam mattresses for a quiet night’s sleep.

Indoor comfort
Spread across 1,350 square feet, the duplex provides two living areas. The main floor features an oversized sectional, leather chairs, and a 65-inch Smart TV ready for streaming. The downstairs lounge adds a relaxed spot with board games and space for family time. Fast WiFi and an Ethernet connection make it easy to stay connected, while a washer and dryer are available for convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and cooking basics. A marble dining table anchors the open layout, perfect for meals or planning the day ahead. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are on hand for everything from morning coffee to grilled dinners.

Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms each include shower/tub combinations, hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The downstairs bathroom also doubles as a laundry area. Essentials like bed linens, extra pillows, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Outdoor living
The yard is fully fenced for privacy and designed for relaxation. Sink into the hammock, sway in the hanging chair, or gather at the patio table with a meal from the BBQ grill. Kindly note that this property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
