Waterpark resort with basketball, pickleball court

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the heart of sunny St. George! Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a living area with all the comforts of your own home. Off the back patio, enjoy a drink and the sweeping views of beautiful St. George. You will also have access to all the community pools and hot tubs, which are heated and open year-round. Las Palmas Retreat is the perfect vacation getaway that will make you fall in love with Southern Utah!

When you enter the home you will be welcomed into a living room outfitted with all the comforts of home. The comfortable seating is centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace. On the far wall, there is a sliding glass door that opens up to a private patio with outdoor seating. From the patio, you can sit and enjoy the stunning view of Shadow Mountain and the town below. Off the living room, there is a dining area with seating for 6. As you pass through the dining area you will find a charming little breakfast nook with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you'll need to cook with family and friends.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an attached bathroom. You will have plenty of space to get ready at the double vanity and you can sit back and relax in the large walk-in shower. Down the hall, you will find a queen room and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. There are also two twin-size floor mats folded up if you need a few more beds.

You will have access to the entire home as well as access to the community pools and hot tubs. The home has parking stalls out front as well as extra parking throughout the community.

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation. Service animals are welcome, please send verification.

We have made every effort to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable during your visit to St. George. From extra pillows and blankets to our 24-hour customer service, we want to make your stay great!

Las Palmas Resort does not allow pets by guests per the CC&Rs.

Great Location

We were able to see Zion, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Sand Hollow, Cedar Breaks and many other beautiful sites conveniently from this base.

Great Place, Excellent Location

Very well equipped condo/resort. Great pools, spacious accommodations, fantastic communication, excellent location, almost perfect. The only thing that could make it better is for the pools to open earlier so I could have my morning swim before 10.

Great place

Moved to this property because of problem with original listing. Worked great for the family. Everything was easy to use and in good working order. Only issue (and it’s minor) parking was a little tight for my truck. Check in/out couldn’t have been easier.

Each day of our stay had a new problem

We’ve stayed at Las Palmas for the past 6 years when we visit St George for work related events. This was not a typical stay. When we arrived, there were ants in the kitchen area. It was late at night and I called maintenance the next morning. They were quick to respond and came over. They sprayed and apologized for the inconvenience. Later that night, we tried to use the microwave. Didn’t work. Again, maintenance responded quickly and came over the next day. Microwave couldn’t be replaced and would need to be approved by the owners to get a new one. Later that evening we tried to use the family and waterfall pools but the fob key wouldn’t work. At this point, it seemed a comedy of errors. Hopefully, things get fixed before the next group comes in.

It was a quick trip for us, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for our family. Kids have begged to go back and stay longer.

Just what we needed

I've staid at Las Palmas before. This property was better than my 1st experience as it had all the appliances, kitchen tools, Smart TV, etc. that we were looking for. It was nice being on the ground floor this time as well. Only suggestion I have is that while booking this condo I looked at the VRBO ad with friends/family who several of them insisted that this was NOT Las Palmas Resort just because the title says Retreat instead of Resort and they didn't recognize the pool photo as they're used to seeing the waterfall pool and the splash pad on Las Palmas photos. I knew for sure that it had to be so I booked it anyways. Happy to say it was exactly where I thought it was and everything worked out great :)
