With sleeping accommodations for UP TO 16 GUESTS, no need to leave anyone out! Las Palmas is THE BEST WAY TO DO St. George. A HUGE SELECTION OF AMENITIES (multiple POOLS, HOT TUBS, pickle ball courts, gym, and so much more). Also, quick access to restaurants, golf courses, parks, hiking, biking, atv trails, and other family activities and entertainment
The space:
This 4 bedroom/ 2 full bath ground floor condo features comfortable A/C and heater, brand new washer and dryer, new kitchen appliances, New smart TV’s, & can accommodate up to 16 people with 11 beds and 2 cots with attached sleeping pads. One of the largest condos in Las Palmas at OVER 1600 sq. ft.

Run, hike, ride, bike, or climb while you explore the Green Valley Gap located just around the corner! Ride bikes or make the quick drive down to the AMAZING Thunder Junction Tonaquint All-Abilities Park (see pics). This is one of the best parks in the state for kids and adults and it's just a mile away! Or maybe you prefer to relax, dine, or lounge on your private back porch as you enjoy the seclusion and the gorgeous views.
Included in the nightly rate gives you access to everything below and includes a pass for up to 10 guests to the newly acquired Green Valley Resort located right in the back yard. Price is $5/day for every guest after 10 and not all condo's in Las Palmas have access for that many people so this is another big feature our condo provides.
