- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A 17x8m outdoor swimming pool (shared, unheated and unsupervised), open from mid-June to mid-September (9:30am to 6:30pm). It is located in an enclosed area.
- A 5.5 m² south-east-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station and airport: Perpignan about 120 km away.
