Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), the accommodation is as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

- A 5 m² balcony facing South/East with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nature lovers and walkers can take the famous GR34 coastal path, accessible nearby, which runs along the bay and offers spectacular views over the ocean.
- The Tréboul district, just a few minutes away, is particularly popular for its marina, beaches and lively atmosphere. It's an ideal place to stroll, enjoy the terraces or take part in water sports.
- Ile Tristan is a must-see: accessible on foot only during certain low tides (subject to conditions laid down by the town hall) or by boat, it offers a unique blend of unspoilt nature and heritage.
