PRIVAT EIGENTÜMER UND PRIVAT VERMIETET ... Sobald Sie unsere Wohnung betreten, werden Sie wissen, dass Sie zu Hause sind. Unsere Wohnung ist Teil eines sehr ruhigen und privaten Komplexes. Ursprünglich unsere "Rose im Winter" genannt, werden Sie sofort vom Gefühl der Tropen mit seinem karibischen Chic-Dekor mitgerissen. Unsere Wohnung hat einen schlüssellosen Zugang (keine Schlüssel zu vergessen!) Es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, einen kombinierten Ess- und Wohnbereich, eine hochmoderne Küche und einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Karibik. Wir bieten auch unbegrenzte ausgehende Anrufe in die USA und Kanada über unser Eigentumswohnungstelefon KOSTENLOS an (alle lokalen und internationalen Anrufe mit Ausnahme der oben aufgeführten Länder werden dem Mieter in Rechnung gestellt). Die Wohnung verfügt über Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner im Flur Kleiderschrank. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen großen Safe für Ihre Wertsachen und die Eingangstür ist zu Ihrer Sicherheit und Ihrem Komfort mit einem schmiedeeisernen Tor, einer Türklingel und einer Überwachungskamera ausgestattet. Für diejenigen, die während der Hurricane Season reisen und Bedenken haben, ist die Wohnung mit robusten Hurricane-Rollläden ausgestattet. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich hoch über den Klippen in einem erhöhten Teil der Insel und unsere Wohnung befindet sich 6 Stockwerke über dem Parkplatz.

Auf dem Grundstück finden Sie 3 Pools. 2 liegen gegenüber der Karibik und einem privaten Boutiquestrand mit einer natürlichen Schattenbucht. Und für Ihren Komfort gibt es rund um die Uhr bewachte Parkplätze und "Vor-Ort" -Parkplätze im Innenhof oder überdacht.

Der Komplex ist zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen, dem Nachtleben in Maho, Simpson Bay oder 10 Minuten von Marigot und der französischen Seite entfernt. Es ist auch nur die Straße hoch vom wunderschönen Mullet Strand und in der Nähe der meisten Aktivitäten auf der Insel. Zu Fuß oder in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Sie eine fantastische Bäckerei namens Jules und Restaurants zum Essen oder Mitnehmen ... Spaghetti House, Fat Tony's, Barcode, eine Pizzeria, ein Crêpe Place sowie ein Carrefour-Lebensmittelgeschäft Geschäft. Etwa 3 Minuten von der Anlage in beide Richtungen (Maho und Cupecoy) entfernt befinden sich 2 weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, in denen Sie Ihre Grundnahrungsmittel kaufen können. Nach einer kurzen Fahrt erreichen Sie die neue Dammbrücke, über die Sie in wenigen Minuten zum größeren Supermarkt Carrefour in Cole Bay gelangen wieder geöffnet.

Wir verlangen eine Kaution in Höhe von 200 USD, die zurückerstattet wird, sobald unsere Gäste abreisen und keine Schäden oder Verluste festgestellt wurden.

Wie viele andere gerne zugeben, sobald Sie St. besucht haben Maarten, es gibt kein Zurück und wenn Sie einmal in unserer Wohnung sind, werden Sie nie mehr woanders hinschauen. Einfach gesagt, das Paradies gefunden ...

First, Our host, Vicki, was outstanding! She gave us all the information we needed to have a great time at her condo. The location is excellent with 2 grocery stores within walking distance and a third somewhat larger store a very short drive away. There is a small beach at the property and others very close by. There are 3 pools but we only used 2 as they overlooked the ocean. The 3rd pool is between the buildings. The unit is excellent with everything we needed. Vicki has created a booklet that describes everything in the unit (ie. TV, AC, fridge, pots and pans etc.). Overall we would recommend this condo to anyone and we look forward to being able to get back to St. Maarten and the Rainbow Beach Club.

Amazing 14 day stay!

Just returned after an amazing 14 day stay. Vicki was an amazing host who was very attentive to ensure our stay was nothing short of fabulous! Was able to give us great advice on restaurants, car rental and excursion companies. The condo is exactly as pictured, and has everything you need to make you feel at home. We explored the entire island (and loved all areas), but we really enjoyed being in the Cupecoy area. It had everything we needed within walking distance. We would highly recommend booking this property and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful trip, wonderful host.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rainbow Beach Club. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed and more. There is an organic grocery store right across the street and restaurants and bars, all within a short walking distance. The complex has a total of 3 pools, 2 of which had a fancy resort feel while overlooking the ocean. The private beach was right down the winding staircase and had no more than a few people on it at a time. You could easily spend your entire vacation at this establishment. Our host, Vicki, was a wealth of information and accommodated us in every way possible. We have been using VRBOs for years now, and she has been the most attentive host to date. You can tell that she truly wants everyone to enjoy their stay on the island.

Wonderful Condo in Cupecoy!

Vicki's condo is absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation in St. Maarten. My wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly. It comes fully furnished with all the amenities you could want, including good wifi (I was able to attend all my telecons), US phone number, AC, full kitchen, balcony with view of the sea, comfortable bed, TV, very convenient keyless lock on the door, and nice bathrooms with big showers. I was also really happy with the way they have a "take something, leave something shelf" for bug spray, sun block, and other items that you might have forgotten or don't want to bring home with you. Likewise, the kitchen is clean and has some of the basics that are for common use, we left a few bottles of water for the next guest ;) We really enjoyed visiting our favorite beach spots, but also spent a lot of time at the small beach at the bottom of the spiral staircase behind the Rainbow property, it was perfect for a quick swim without driving anywhere. There was plenty of parking and the security guards were super friendly (as are most people in St. Maarten). Lastly, Vicki is super responsive, organized, and helpful. She gave us so many good recommendations and helped update us regarding what has changed since hurricane Irma. I would certainly rent this condo again and recommend it highly.

Nice clean condo near the beach

Vicki's place is well cared for in a condominium complex easily accessible from the airport (less than 10min away). Vicki goes above and beyond to be helpful to you prior and during your stay -- she really wants to make sure you are comfortable. We were thankful for her help and suggestions. The beach at the condo complex is fine -- no real need to go to other beaches unless you want to. For food, the kitchen is good and there are two Carrefour grocery stores very close to the complex. Enjoy your stay if you choose to go!

From the moment we booked Vicki was very helpful in ensuring we had a great trip. She provides recommendations on restaurants, excursions, beaches, and where to shop on the island. We’ve been to the island before and found some great experiences that we didn’t know about due to her recommendations. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone heading to St. Maarten or anyone needing a beach vacation getaway. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Spring Break in St Maarten

This is our first time renting Vicki and Rick's lovely condo at the Rainbow Beach Club in St. Maarten and we will definitely return in the future. The location was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens) with pools and private beach access for plenty of fun in the sun. There were numerous restaurants to appease the picky palates of our teens (Mexican, Asian, Italian, etc) and Vicki's fabulous booklet included suggestions for activities such as snorkeling, diving, horseback riding, and jet skiing. We did everything but the diving and had a great time. The amenities of the condo exceeded expectations (A/C, beach towels, washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, books and DVDs, Vonage phone allows free calls to the US and Canada, hotel quality safe). Vicki even sent us videos to assist our travels around the island. We truly enjoyed a stress-free, relaxing week in a fabulous condo on a beautiful island.

We have rented from Vicki and Rick for several years, Vicki had become a friend I've never met. Every time we have rented from them there has never been any surprises. When we arrive the unit is clean, the unit has all the amenities you would ever need and many extras, and is very well maintained. The beaches are beautiful and sunsets are lovely, I enjoy watching the cruise ships depart the island with all of their many lights while sitting on the balcony and the stars from the balcony are a extra. Vicki is a wealth of information about the island she always informs me of the new restaurants (pastry shops) and any new spot we should see. The condo is in a great location for visits all over the island, with the three pools and the beach you may never want to leave the property. We highly recommend this condo you will be spoiled with the overall rental experience and how uneventful it will be. I can't forget the housekeeper it has been the same sweet lady ever time we visit she has become a part of our family she even ask about our children by name and I always feel my things are very safe while she is taking care of the unit. I know on the day(s) she visits I will return from my day out and everything will be fresh and clean once again. Enjoy!

First off, Vicki really has her act together, whether it be a restaurant recommendation, island information, car rental, etc... The rental process was seamless and she can be easily reached via e-mail or phone. The unit itself was very clean, modern and has all the amenities you need. The initial view from the balcony is of the roof of the building in front of it, but there are still great views past this. This factor would not hinder me from renting here again. In my opinion, the beach at Rainbow/Cupecoy is the most beautiful of any of the many other beaches we went to on the island. Its narrow at times, but if you want great sand/water and a very quiet, private setting, this is the beach for you. (There is a cave for shade). The location in Cupecoy is very convenient, there are numerous restaurants, a casino and Mullet Bay Beach are all within walking distance. Other amenities are close by. Overall, a great vacation.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

Vicki is by far the best host/owner we have rented from on the island. From the initial booking request to the day we left the island to come back to the cold weather, she was available if anything came up. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

There are no words to describe how informative and helpful Vicki was!!!!! This was our 35th trip to the island and we have never rented from anyone like Vicki, from our first request for information till we left the island, she was a constantly available to answer our questions with her booklet, emails and video. Her condo in paradise left nothing to be desired. It was so well stocked and spotlessly clean. We love the location of The Rainbow, being right across from Starz Casino with easy access to our favourite beaches. Our favourite time of day was late afternoon sitting on the balcony with our wine and cheese watching the sunset over the ocean (wow). We will try to rent this unit every time we return to paradise. Thank you Vicki!!!!

Loved it!!!

From start to finish Vicki made our experience at their beautiful condo exceptional. She could not have been anymore informative on everything from getting to the condo, car rental, restaurants recommendations, beach recommendations and grocery shopping. The condo not only looks out over the beautiful ocean it is also conveniently located. There are several fantastic restaraunts directly across the street and a nice grocery store just a few minutes drive away. The condo itself is probably the best equipped one we have ever stayed in. We especially liked the fact that she had several coolers and blue ice that came in very handy for our trips to the beach. We also loved the private little beach when the wasn't too rough. The only negative for us was that outdoor grills are not allowed at Rainbow. We would definitely recommend renting this unit though.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the week of New Year's and it couldn't have been more perfect!! The condo itself was very, very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. It was truly a "home away from home" with all the creature comforts (high-speed internet/Vonage/kitchen appliances). The actual condo property is gorgeous with three pools and beautiful landscaping. We were even treated to a local iguana chilling in the bougainvillea. Gated parking with guards that are super friendly. My Mom became "pals" with a few on her morning/nightly walks. The owner (Vicki) was super quick to answer all emails and provided links to videos about the condo and SXM along w/literature to print out. The location was great, too. Close to all the hotspots, within walking to some restaurants and you could even walk to Mullet Bay beach, if you wanted. I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again myself.

The condo is picture perfect, well stocked, immaculate, and spacious. The views from the private balcony are sensational, as is the secluded beach down the spiral staircase adjacent to the condo. The owner was outstanding, taking the time to make sure all our wants and needs were met, answering all emails and questions in a flash. I would highly, highly recommend this condo from this owner.

2-bedroom condo at Rainbow Beach, Sint Maarten

This is an absolutely lovely condo with delightful amenities. The kitchen is sparkling and extremely well equipped, which is a big plus for us. In addition, it's located in easy walking distance to a small supermarket making meal preparation easy. There is an easy walk to several beaches which are lovely. The master bedroom suite is especially comfortable. This is a very special place.

We rarely write reviews about rental condos, for one reason – not so much to write, it met the expectations and that’s it. We are very picky travelers, have used VRBO ( or any other rental websites) extensively through Europe, North & South America and this one was in the league of its own – so it deserves out first review ever. I used to work in the hospitality industry and I would hire Vicki without a hesitation. Everything was just superb. Please try to see beyond the pictures, because they do not exactly convey the beauty of the place, with sea smell, sounds of the waves or a fresh breeze through the condo. Neither they do the full justice to how spotless this place was. Every detail of our stay was foreseen by the owners ( I know, it was not meant just for us but we did feel it this way) - the brochures, the incredibly informative videos, and the dozens and dozens advice that we got through the constant email correspondence. The owners’ responses would be always very prompt and incredibly clear – do not make you second guessing. Just remember one thing – you are not simply renting a condo, you are getting a full travel guide service that you probably have not experienced before. So think about this great combination when you look at the price. The location was fantastic – we had a car and the first days we made a point of driving around the island to check out the beaches. Nothing was as good as Cupecoy. The sunset at the beach ( there is a cliff that you can go to watch the sunset) was simply spectacular. But you can stay by one of the pools and get a view as good – or, just stay on the balcony ( no need to bring a container full of ice with you for the drinks!) Technically it is really close to the airport – about 2 miles – and we did actually walked once. Nice and easy; along a golf course, then some shops and then the terminal. We joked that all you need for the next trip is swimsuit and sun block. The condo building is located about ¼ mile from the Porto Cupecoy which has a grocery store, some restaurants. Nearby, if you are into an upscale shopping, you can find Blue Mall nearby. But it is so quiet and peaceful comparing with other places on the Dutch side! As I mentioned, we travel a lot and make a point see as many new places as possible. But we know for sure - whenever we are ready to come back to St. Maarten ( hope it will happen soon), there is a place that made us never doubt the choice.

Great Vacation in St. Maarten in wonderful condo!

We have done many successful VRBO vacations, but there has never been an owner as informative and helpful as Vicki. Her condo is in a great location - with easy access to the French side of the island as well as Maho and Simpson Bay on the Dutch side. The condo is very clean and everything was in working order. Vicki is accessible if there is a problem by using Vonnage phone (free calls to US) and WiFi. Had coffee on the balcony and breakfast in the condo. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and we loved her area that is marked take something leave something (ie shampoos, bug spray, sunscreen, sunburn lotion etc.)The pool area near the beach is delightful and the sunsets there are great! We ventured out to different beaches most days and one day went out on a motorboat excursion with Captain Bob Cass. Vicki has Utubes for all appliances including frontdoor and safe, as well as directions and suggestions for beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent this condo again!

We are the proud owners of what we call our 'Rose in Winter', a gorgeous 2 bedroom condo on the beautiful island of St. Maarten. We have been traveling to this island for many years and in 2006 felt that it was time to plant some roots. In April of 2008 we closed on our condo and finally our dream had come true. Although we are considered off-site landlords, we do take active participation in our guests comfort and so we are always there in one way or another to help our guests with their needs, help them navigate the island and help them to discover how wonderful this island can be.

We purchased our condo in Cupecoy, St. Maarten because Cupecoy is so centrally located yet away from the busier areas. It offers us easy accessibility to everything we could want. We knew that this location was just minutes from Maho, Simpson Bay, and the airport, 10 minutes from quaint Marigot on the French side and because it is located on a higher elevation compared to the rest of the island, it gives us spectacular views and offers us the protection we would need from any severe weather conditions that could happen on a tropical island. Within walking distance or a 4 minute drive is one of the best French Bakeries called Jules and several restaurants as well as a Carrefour Grocery Store.

The Rainbow complex is a gated community with 24 hour security. There is a gorgeous spiral staircase that leads down to a private boutique beach that holds a massive cove for shade.
