It comprises a 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 700 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with a sitting area and TV, and a dining room.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 2), ideal for children.
- Two bathrooms with shower (and WC)
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide a highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, measuring 4x7m and open from 1 April to 31 October.
- Summer kitchen with plancha and sink
- A beautiful 700 m² garden with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a quiet residential area. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Water sports activities are nearby and within walking distance of the accommodation.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Ajaccio airport is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation.
- Port 15 minutes' drive from the accommodation for crossing the Mediterranean to the mainland or Italy.
- A shuttle service runs several times a day to Ajaccio
