The street in front of the building can be busy, which may occasionally disturb light sleepers, especially those on the sofa bed. However, the windows have been recently replaced with high-performance glazing, significantly reducing noise. For those seeking a quieter space, the bedroom offers a peaceful and restful environment, perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Guests have private access to the apartment as well as the garden. A private parking space is also included.
