It comprises a 44 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 2,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The ground-floor accommodation comprises
- A 44 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two), dining area and wood-burning stove (wood not provided)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2, each with a double bed (140x190). One of the bedrooms has its own shower room (with shower and WC).
- Bedroom 3 with a mezzanine double bed (140x190) and a single bed (ideal for a child).
- Separate shower room (with shower)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 7m x 3m. Open from April to October and secured by an alarm.
- A lovely 2,500 m² private enclosed garden with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
- A 77 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Tavernes, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
