Located just five minutes from the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, the "Peak Haus" is brand new, luxurious modern mountain home nestled in the middle of 3.5 acres of woodland valley. You'll gaze upon stunning snow capped mountains through the numerous over-sized view windows or from the large hot tub. With 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people (6 Adults Max), you can bring friends or your whole family.

Leavenworth has tons of activities to keep you busy all week such as mountain biking, cross-country & downhill skiing, wine tasting, horseback riding, tubing/rafting the Wenatchee!

The house is divided into 3 main areas: Living, Sleeping and Outdoor Patio

The living area is an open floor concept space combing the kitchen, dining and living rooms into one space perfect for relaxing with friends and family while overlooking the mountains. A 65” tv along with a wood-fire stove provide just the right entertainment.

The kitchen is equipped with new Bosch appliances including a 36" induction cook-top, electric oven, combo speed oven/microwave and dishwasher.

The sleeping area contains 4 bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom:1 King with attached bathroom
Guest Bedroom A: Queen bed with attached bathroom, flat-screen TV
Guest Bedroom B: Queen bed, flat-screen TV + computer monitor + desk
Kids Bedroom: 2 bunk bed sets (sleeps 4)

Office: Office setup with 42" TV and 27” computer monitor and keyboard plus a couch

The covered outdoor patio has seating for 10, a gas grill and overhead electric heaters so you can enjoy the fresh air all day and evening.

* This home will require 4WD/AWD during winter months. The last 1/4 mile of the drive is on a gravel road (plowed in winter)

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PEAK HAUS:

1. Max occupancy: 10 guests (6 adult max, all ages, including infants)

2. Max number of vehicles on property: 5

3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am

4. No trash shall be left outside of provided trash receptacles

5. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF LEAVENWORTH OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS, CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations), which will be passed on to the guest

2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit

3. Immediate eviction

4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate

Video and Audio Monitoring: This house has two Nest video cameras. One is located above the front door facing the driveway. The other is located on the rear of the house focused on the back yard patio, including the hot tub. These cameras are used to protect the homeowners and renters.

Additionally, there is a noise monitoring device installed to monitor sound volumes outside the house. This unit only monitors sound levels and not the audio itself. An alarm will be alert the homeowner if the levels are beyond the thresholds as described in the house rules.
