This Leavenworth home is the perfect getaway for a family. Conveniently located minutes from downtown Leavenworth you can easily pop in for lunch and be back before the kids become restless. The 2,100 Sq ft home sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a large loft. The spacious flat yard is an excellent place for the kids to play games while the adults observe from the deck. Soaking in the hot tub or having a glass of wine on the heated screened porch is an excellent way to close out the evening. Inside the heated floors greet you in the morning as you brew a cup of coffee and use the wifi to catch up on events. A fully stocked kitchen allows for meals to be had at the cabin and a second fridge provides ample space for longer stays. There is a BBQ on the back deck for gilling. The garage provides a gaiming area complete with cable TV, Pool Table and Shuffleboard.

Had a lovely Christmas here. The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed, from pantry items to cleaning supplies. The knives in the kitchen were sharp! Cooking Christmas dinner was so easy with the well stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable.Jon was quick to respond when we reached out.10/10 would recommend.

Amazing property and stay. Open kitchen/family room concept allowed us to keep mingling while cooking/noshing. Game garage and hot tub were super perks. Appreciated the heated sidewalk pads for safety. Top of the line appliances and we loved all the art throughout. This property is a five out of five stars. The location is absolutely peaceful - less than five minute drive to Leavenworth Bavarian Village. From the towels to the quality of the flooring, bedding and furniture, everything was beautifully styled. It felt like a luxury vacation staying at that property.Great communication with the host.We were a party of seven adults and everything felt spacious. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.Food - we highly recommend the München Haus for sausages & mustard (it’s worth sitting outside for), the Alpine coaster for us 60-year-olds was a hit, the Nutcracker Museum was so much more interesting than we expected for five dollars, Andreas Keller for authentic music and food. Make reservations in advance for Larch Handcrafted Pasta.

Peace and quiet in Leavenworth

This is our second time staying at Jon's property in Leavenworth. We love the house, plenty of room for us and nice outdoor space. The kitchen is well-stocked and the entire place is comfortable. This house is absolutely perfect! It was very clean, in a lovely neighborhood, set on a spacious lot, and everything was just as described in the listing! Several girlfriends and I stayed in this wonderful home while visiting Leavenworth, and it's the perfect distance from the amazing, quaint downtown area. We enjoyed hikes to waterfalls, rode the ski lift to amazing views about 45 minutes away, and enjoyed several local outdoor attractions. The kitchen was arranged perfectly, and the beds were so comfortable! Oh, and the mountainous sunset from the screened-in porch was breathtaking! Jon, our host, was amazing! We did not have any problems whatsoever during our stay, but he readily responded to my question about the type of coffee maker(s) provided in the home -- a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Thanks again for sharing our lovely place with us!

The sweetest getaway

We love coming to Leavenworth for the 4th to get away from fireworks, and we had the best trip yet! Our almost 2 year old loved running around the yard and the screened in porch was such a nice way to enjoy every evening without worrying about getting eaten alive by bugs on a summer night. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Mid-Winter Break

Great time in Leavenworth for mid-winter break. Kids enjoyed the Alpine Coaster, sledding, snow time at the house, hot tub in Winter, and the fun games available at the house. We also took in the town and had a great time shopping and seeing the beautiful lights at night!

Perfect Setting for a Mini-cation

We gifted my parents a mini-cation in Leavenworth in lieu of exchanging gifts at Christmas. While the home looked beautiful in the listing photo's, it was even more beautiful in person, and was very well appointed. My son (age 15) enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard with his dad and grandpa, while my mom and I spent time catching up in front of the beautiful gas fireplace. The hot tub was clean and taking in the views that surround it was the perfect way to end the day after a fun day of snowshoeing. The location can't be beat as it's 5 minutes from so many activities (alpine roller-coaster, downtown Leavenworth, sleigh rides, snowshoe/nordic ski trails, grocery stores, etc.). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were well stocked with nice soaps, shampoos, etc. Jon was quick to respond when we messaged him during our stay with a question. And, we so appreciated the driveway being cleared of snow during our stay. The hosts truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend booking this home for your next Leavenworth getaway.

Absolutely Perfect

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and the family we vacationed with. Its proximity to downtown Leavenworth was fabulous as it made us feel like we were out in a snowy country setting, but had just a five minute drive to shops and restaurants. The finishes of this home and all that it was stocked with was wonderful and I absolutely recommend this VRBO. I cannot wait to stay here again!
