It comprises a 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 475 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Nespresso filter and pod coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining area...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two double beds (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two double beds (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (90x190), ideal for children
- Bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 475 m², facing south-west
- A 12 m² terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, which can be closed with curtains, LED lighting for the evenings and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the 17 m² garage (one vehicle) or in the driveway of the garage.
