The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Paris, in the lively Marais district, this beautiful 75 m² flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of a building without a lift, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers, with fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

It comprises a bright living room with sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- Living room with two sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), TV and dining table
- Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and utensils
- Two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and one with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Separate toilet

For added comfort, the flat has a work area, heating, fan, toiletries, hairdryer and quality bed linen and towels.

The flat is ideally located in the Marais district, close to numerous restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets and typical Parisian shops. You'll be a 10-minute walk from Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Hôtel de Ville, the Île Saint-Louis and the Georges Pompidou Centre. The Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Gardens, the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain-des-Prés can all be reached in 20 minutes on foot.
