A spacious 2-bedroom home in the heart of Phoenix, two miles from Talking Stick Arena and Chase Field. Walking distance to Roosevelt Row, one of Phoenix's best strips for restaurants, bars, and street art. Two king beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and ample parking. A comfortable home base whether you're here for a Suns game, a Diamondbacks series, or just need a real place to stay instead of a hotel room.

Neighborhood description:
Roosevelt Row is one block away, with some of Phoenix's most popular spots including Cobra Arcade Bar, The Newton, and Cibo. Chase Field and Talking Stick Arena are less than two miles. Phoenix Biomedical Campus and ASU Downtown are one mile. Light rail access nearby for getting around without a car.

Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout.

NOTE: This is a standalone home with a separate guest casita in the backyard occupied by a long-term resident. The two units share a wall but have completely separate entrances with no interior connection. Your privacy is fully maintained throughout your stay.

There is one shared (adjoining) wall, but no interior access between the units — no connecting door.

Guest access
There is a car in the driveway, you can park behind the car or in front of our property.

Guest has no access to the backyard.

• Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout


Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

AC usage:
To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.
Other things to note
NO Pets
NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
NO parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
Self-check-in with smart lock
Do not disturb neighbors
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras will result in a $250 charge.

•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
