Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this 39 m² apartment is distinguished by its brightness and prime location in the heart of the village.

You'll particularly appreciate its balcony, a delightful relaxation space on sunny days, allowing you to fully enjoy the fresh mountain air.

For your nights, the layout has been designed to optimize everyone's comfort. The master bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm), while the living room transforms into a versatile sleeping area thanks to its sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a bunk bed (80x190 cm), perfect for children. The apartment has a functional bathroom.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.

In terms of amenities, everything is provided so you won't want for anything during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, and, for your mountain evenings, a raclette grill. For breakfast, you can choose between a filter coffee machine or a Senseo machine. A washing machine is available, a real plus for longer stays, as well as a hairdryer.

Wi-Fi is included to keep you connected.

For ski enthusiasts, the apartment has a private ski locker, allowing you to store your equipment safely and keep the living space clutter-free.

Regarding parking, you will find a public car park in the immediate vicinity of the residence, greatly facilitating your travel and arrival.

Situated at the foot of the Aravis mountains, you are in the heart of the action: bakeries, a butcher, a mini-market, and a pharmacy are all right next to the building. In winter, the resorts of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz are just a 5-minute drive away, and a free shuttle bus stops right in front of the residence. Besides downhill skiing, enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. In summer, the area abounds with hiking trails and local events. For meals, we highly recommend the restaurant Le Lucia, located directly in the building, as well as the quality products from the local cheese shop.
