Our recently renovated, detached family home can accommodate 6 people (plus up to 2 babies) for a relaxing or active holiday. Awarded 5* in 2026.
Close to the forest and situated at the start of a cycle and footpath, it is located in a residential neighbourhood.

The light-filled 55 m² living area comprises: a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining room, lounge, TV, library, pool table and board games; an entrance hall with a toilet completes the layout.

The sleeping area comprises
Ground floor:
- 1 master bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet
- a shared shower room with double washbasins and a double shower
Upstairs
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 toilet.

All bedrooms are equipped with:
- 90x200 cm beds (separate or joined as required) which will be made up for your arrival (bed linen and towels provided)
- 1 wardrobe, 1 desk and 1 smart TV.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning.
It is secured by an alarm and a smoke detector.

Outside, you can enjoy:
- 1 terrace, a plancha and a barbecue
- 1 patio at the rear of the house
- private parking spaces that can be used as a pétanque court

Ideally situated in the village centre, right next to the cycle path (leading to Hossegor, the village centre and the beaches), it is just an 8-minute walk from the seaside resort, where you’ll find sandy beaches, a market, a water park, a skatepark, a performance venue and more.
Close to shops:
- a 150m walk takes you to a shopping centre with a bakery and patisserie, rotisserie, butcher’s and delicatessen, greengrocer’s, fast food (pizzeria, burger), hairdresser’s and launderette
- the village centre is 2 minutes away, with a newsagent, mini-market, pizzerias, butcher’s, cheese shop, tapas bar, bike hire, restaurant, bakery-patisserie-chocolatier, health centre, pharmacy, and more
- 3 mins from the Pédebert retail and craft centre, where you’ll also find sports and clothing shops, a supermarket and a wide range of restaurants
- 15 mins from Capbreton harbour and its fresh fish stalls

A range of sporting activities await you: cycling, forest walks, golf just 5 minutes away (ranked in the top 10 in France), fronton, tennis, padel, football, a skatepark, a climbing wall, and more.
You can go surfing, swimming, windsurfing, or simply relax and sunbathe.

We are located 9 minutes from St Vincent de Tyrosse station, 30 minutes from Biarritz Airport and 45 minutes from the Spanish border.

A little extra: free-range hens (no roosters, for your peace and quiet) will delight young and old alike. Depending on when they’re laying, you can order fresh eggs and enjoy their authentic flavour!
