Ideally situated in the highly sought-after Abatilles neighbourhood of Arcachon, Maison Côté Bassin is a charming, single-storey house that was fully renovated in 2022, offering comfort, space and tranquillity right next to the Arcachon Basin.

Just 1 km from Pereire Beach and 2 km from Le Moulleau, you’ll enjoy a prime location for exploring the most beautiful spots around the bay, with beaches, pine forests and cycle paths just a stone’s throw away.

With a floor area of 110 m², the house is centred around a large, bright 40 m² living area, ideal for gathering with family or friends. The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso machine and new appliances) blends seamlessly into the living space.

The sleeping area comprises 4 comfortable bedrooms with new bedding (3 double beds and 1 queen-size bed), accommodating up to 8 people in the best possible conditions. One of the bedrooms is self-contained with its own en-suite bathroom, whilst remaining attached to the main house: an ideal space for teenagers, a couple seeking more privacy, or simply for enjoying a quieter spot.

You will also have access to two en-suite bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets, for added everyday convenience.

Outside, you’ll enjoy the lovely garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining after a day by the water. Parking is available on the property or easily on the street.

Linen is included in the rental (bed linen and towels), to ensure you have a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive.

**Please note:** there is a school located behind the house. Outside school holiday periods, some noise may be heard during break times on weekdays. Weekends and holidays remain perfectly quiet.
