- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with two double beds (140×190), one of which is on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Shower room with walk-in shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

You can also enjoy a small, landscaped outdoor area!

The house is ideally located in Beaumes-de-Venise, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
