LOCATION: Welcome Home! Relax in this private, spacious 1 bedroom condo located in Horizon South, a gated, low-rise community on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Just off Front Beach Road, you’ll be close to dining, entertainment, and top local attractions.
This second-floor condo is accessed by one private flight of stairs and features a breezy private balcony with peaceful green space views... worth every step. The resort offers family-friendly amenities, including 4 pools, a hot tub, mini golf, and more.
Enjoy easy parking nearby (no elevator waits) and take a short stroll to the white sandy beach for unforgettable sunsets. Conveniently located near Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
AMENITIES: AMENITIES Horizon South is a gated community offering Gulf access just across the Front Beach gate entrance.
Resort features include: • 4 pools (one heated seasonally) • Hot tub and baby pool •18-hole mini golf, shuffleboard and tennis courts • Fitness room and pool tables in the clubhouse (bring your pool stick!) • On-site laundromat
Wristbands are required for all guests and are available for purchase at the Property Management office (open daily, 8 AM - 5 PM, credit/debit only). I can also send a link to pre purchase and they will have it ready for you when you get to the office.
Pool/Recreation Area Hours: 9:00AM - 11:00PM or closed at dark as needed. South pool closes at dark.
Community Quiet Hours: 11:00PM - 7:00AM.
Note: Rental golf carts are not permitted on the property.
THE SPACE: Enter the spacious living and dining area with a smart tv, sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen and bar. Down the hall you find the bunk as well as a washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with a walk in closet. For your comfort there are 1.5 bathrooms. You can work from home with a dedicated workspace, printer and Free WiFi. With Self check in/keyless entry there is NO need to wait in lines.
GUEST ACCESS: Registration: Upon arrival at Horizon South, all guests must register with Property Management. Each guest is required to purchase:
Vehicle Parking Pass (maximum 2 vehicles). Wristbands for all guests aged 6 years and older.
Registration is handled at the Property Management office, located inside the large building by the pools. Simply enter the office, and a staff member will assist you at the registration window. You can also request info/QR code to prepay and these items will be waiting for you at the office.
Office Hours: Daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Fees: • Wristbands: $20 per person. • Parking Passes: $25 per vehicle (valid for up to 10 days). • Extended Stay Guests: $25 per 10 day period, capped at $50 for six months.
Payment: Credit or debit card only (no cash).
Horizon South requires that all guests wear a wristband at all times while on the property, even if you’re not using the amenities.
These fees are set by the HOA and are separate from the rental cost, but they help maintain the property and amenities for all guests.
Parking placards must display the unit number and expiration date.
Parking: Conveniently park directly in front of the building or anywhere on the property... no large parking lots to navigate! If you arrive on the property after business hours they ask that you go to the office first thing in the morning.

Family vacation and Baseball Tournament
The Condo was clean and in a central location on the property which made it a short walk to the beach and the main pool area. There was plenty of room inside for my wife and me and 3 kids, washer and dryer in room was a big plus too. There is also a restaurant right in front of complex that is a very short walk and has good food, nothing fancy but good.

This location was prefect for our family vacation. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach (toddler’s short legs). It was also close to grocery stores and dining incase you want to go out to eat. Our boys loved the bunk beds and Nicole had a pack and play available for our little one. The king size bed was also perfect as our little one decided his sleeping arrangements were not to his standards and demanded cuddle time lol. The space was very clean, well arranged and offered plenty of entertainment for the evening. We will definitely plan on staying again if we decide to visit PCB in the future.

This was our first time renting out a beach house, and it was an amazing experience, anything we needed was provided, even things I didn’t think of getting. It was a lovely stay and will never forget it. The owner was very helpful with any questions I had, and the overall experience was welcoming!

Loved this condo
My husband & I just enjoyed our 3rd and best stay at Horizon South. Arriving to find an immaculately clean condo felt so good after a long day of travel. This unit is tastefully decorated and all furniture is comfortable, including the mattress on the king-size bed. We had no one with us to use the bunk beds but they are in very good condition with quality sheets & quilts on them. Everything about this unit says "Welcome". We were impressed with the well-stocked, highly organized kitchen, and thoughtful touches like beach supplies. And it's definitely worth mentioning that the place was so peaceful & quiet. The owner was very responsive and we had no worries. We would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Great family vacation
Online it looks cute and adequate. The booking process was easy enough. Directions were well given and communication was fine. After we checked in we got a hello from the host. Any time we had a question and I messaged her she replied very quickly. In person this space is adorable and well equipped for a family vacation. We didn't need to bring half of what we thought we needed to pack because it was there already! The sun tent, the chairs, boogie boards, the beach wagon, a backpack cooler (so extra easy to have and use) everything but us and a kitchen of food was there already. We never ran out of hot water. It was quiet and still so close to everything. Our kids had to explore and enjoyed all the pools. There was a putter and lots of golf balls for the little mini golf on site. Everyone we came into contact with was super polite and nice. We had a great vacation and look forward to booking this property again.

I can give you our personal impressions because we lived in the condo when we first moved to PCB. We chose it because the space was comfortable. The master and the kitchen are a good size. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. It’s breezy and more private than others because you’re looking out at a greenspace. We loved it then and still do!

The beaches on the west end of Panama City Beach seem to be less crowded because there is no public parking. Our private guest beach entrance is a short walk from the condo just across Front Beach Rd. No waiting on long elevator rides to get to the beach.
If you want to work from home no problem with free wifi, designated space and a printer available.
Our community is gated so it's not a cut through street. Parking is available in front of the buildings so there are no large parking lots to navigate. There is a security camera for the exterior to protect you and the property to help you feel more secure.
