Nestled in the countryside of Mauzens-et-Miremont, this beautiful, renovated stone house invites you to unwind far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Its spacious, light-filled rooms, one-hectare grounds and private swimming pool make it the ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends — accommodating up to six people — just a stone’s throw from the treasures of the Vézère Valley and the Marterie golf course.

Fully renovated and thoughtfully equipped, the house combines the charm of stone with modern comforts. On the ground floor, a double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living area comprising a lounge and dining room, bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows overlooking the garden. The wood-burning stove at the heart of the living area creates a cosy atmosphere for cool evenings at the start and end of the season.

Upstairs, accessed via a staircase from the dining room, a light-filled mezzanine houses an office area. It leads to two further bedrooms — a double bedroom and a twin bedroom — each with its own shower room and toilet.

Wi-Fi is not available in this property: an invitation to truly switch off and make the most of your stay.

In April and October, the swimming pool is closed but heating is included: electric radiators in all rooms and a wood-burning stove in the living room, with wood provided by the owners.
